Tim Hortons review: Rude employees

I was at the Tim Horton's location (1120 Rogers Way) in Kamloops on Saturday morning around 830 am (July 15th, 2023).

I ordered two ice coffee sub almond milk and the employee gave us two ice caps. When I received the first coffee, I explained this is not what I had ordered and that I wanted in iced. The employee argued with me saying that I had ordered an Ice cap and even went as far to grab their two co-workers and all gang up on me saying that was what I ordered. I explained that I don't drink cream and that's why I asked for almond milk etc it got no where.

This is not a locally owned coffee shop, he did not remake my coffee and I have never had an encounter where I felt so bullied over a coffee. It was a horrible start to my day and I will never be returning to this location. He made me feel small etc. It was two coffees, I don't understand. I normally go to Starbucks and this would never happened there.
