Tim Hortons review: product and service

Ordered two #7's, medium black coffee, CremeBruelee Latte, two extra potatoe patties... charged over $14.00. After leaving the drive thru, found that both crescents were over cooked and one was actually burnt black. My black coffee was correct, but the latte my wife order was flavored coffee. No extra potatoe patties and all served with an attitude from a young man with little personality. Service is one thing, but get my order straight and please do not serve me dried up, crumbling burnt food. Really? Please note this and my wife would like compensation for this... there was no receipt in the bag, so I cannot speak to what this young man actually did or did not do on the order he took down for us. Thank you for your time with this matter.
