Tim Hortons review: Product a cold wrap after waiting 20 mins

The Tim Hortons located at 2200 Trim Road is an absolute disaster. After waiting 20 mins yes 20 mins in the drive through my chicken wrap was not even remotely warm...

When I asked why the delay the response was "They had to make eggs" what the hell kind of excuse is that... really... who hired and trained these people. If they worked for me I would fire their [censored] to the curbs for incompetence.

Seriously will not be back to this location... damn awfut

Desired outcome: Talk with franchise owner step up the services.....there were horns honking behind me in the line........
