Tim Hortons review: Poor service. Long wait for food in the store

Tim Horton’s on Water st in Port Dover. 10 minute wait in line behind three orders ahead of me. Only one person taking orders and serving coffee and/or baked goods. Three to four staff waiting on drive thru orders. Another ten minute wait for the breakfast sandwiches inside the store. Aug.22/23. At 11:30 am. General appearance of the store was not very clean. Glass on showcase was all streaked with something improper on a wiping cloth. Not very appetizing. Exit sidewalk was full of debris. No sweeping for a few days at least. Won’t go back again. Very disappointed regular Tim Horton’s customers.
