Since the addition of the self service pads next to the cash, I had to bring someone to take my order even if she didn't want to at first. I explained that people with cash couldn't use the self service since it was cards only. Everyone was more busy and serving the drive true and the self service orders and leaving the people on the cash to wait. Even one elderly woman with her husband had to leave without being served since no one took her order, she waited 15 minutes and still no one was available for her. They were at least 6 or 7 employees i find it hard to believe that no one was available for cash orders.
