Tim Hortons review: online ordering

Every time I order the same thing online, a medium steeped tea with 2 creams and one sugar. A bagel with cream cheese and a cheese croissant. EVERY single time the employees forget my croissant and I stand there waiting and have to ask for it. It's come to the point where I'm always expecting to have them fix a mistake in my order. 2 times they did not give me tea they gave me coffee. And one time they didn't make my bagel correct to my order. I want to come into the store expecting they'll get my order right and if they don't I want to be treated with respect. They should apologize for mixing up my order and they never do. They're very rude and I'm not happy about it.
