Hi, I am Manjot kaur working at Tim Hortons. My manger Carlo making discrimination with me. I have Flu and have doctor's note for that and requested my manager that I cannot able to come this week due to flu but my manger text me rudely and remove my all shifts from next week also. This is the second time he did this, a week ago he told me that he will kick my out from work and I have start find new job and at that time also he reduce all my shifts.
If you can do something in this case or I will sue him in court. How can he talk me like this.
I need solution please.
