My name is Mohammed Noor who is a deaf customer. I visited your Tim Hortons address, which is
372 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V 1C1
and had a very bad experience at 10am on May 4, 2026, at the drive-thru.
One of your staff members was rude and disrespected me because I cannot hear or speak. I tried to communicate by writing, but instead of helping me, the employee treated me badly and made me feel offended and uncomfortable.
This is not acceptable. In Canada, customers with disabilities must be treated with respect and equal service.
I want to hear from one staff member apologize, and he must take accountability and take a workshop on “Deaf and Culture”. I recommend you contact Samuel Rousseau, a very talented and amazing deaf person, who can provide a training workshop on Deaf culture for your staff.
