Tim Hortons review: Disappointment.

The Tim's location Located at 3711 Fishinger Blvd,Hilliard,OH at 11:45 a.m. drive through July 2, 2026. Order accuracy is the "we are busy and will hand anything out the window at you and you will like it attitude". I have been a regular customer at this location for several years and am tired of being treated like I'm a nuisance. Today, I ordered an iced, unflavored latte (it was exactly correct) and a croissant, plain, please do not do anything to it, do not heat it up (my exact words). The young woman at the window handed me a "Hot" croissant. All I did was sigh, did not make a noise at all and she said, "there's no need to be rude". I'm happy to report that, going forward, I will be taking my business to the Dunkin' Doughnuts that recently opened across the street. Their lattes are just fine, the staff is super nice and appreciative, and their baked goods are better. There are customer service training issues at the Fishinger location. I recommend you fix them.
