Because of your TV advertising, I order a Grilled Cheese and an everything bagel and cream cheese. I received partially melted cheese between 2 small slices of bread. It was not grilled at all. On my bagel there was very little cream cheese and the bagel was burnt. This is the worst experience I have ever had a Tim's. I will never go back to this store.

Claimed loss: Lost my apatite for your so-called grilled cheese.
