The Tim Hortons in Bayfield ontario has not had an ice cap maker for approximately 3 weeks. When you enter into the drive Thru there is no notice u til you get up to the speaker. I would think this is a major product for Tim Hortons and if their machine is down they either need a replacement or purchase a new one. How can a franchise not serve one of their main products?
Desired outcome: Get it fixed or have them purchase a new machine
