Purchased a ham and Swiss sandwich and broccoli soup at the Calcutta Ohio 43920 location on 2-1-2020 around 2:10pm
There was the deli paper from the meat still on it and in between the meat and cheese on my sandwich
When I called them to inform them of what happened the manager was not sympathetic nor did she offer to fix it or replace it she only said to me
" well I hope you removed it "
Very unprofessional
Very disappointed with the service and the food
