I placed a mobile order from the Tim hortons at 1055 West georgia Street, Vancouver on Sept 12 around 1:30 PDT.

I ordered 2 grilled cheese melt, 1 croissant and a chai tea.

Croissant and chai tea was good but the grilled cheese melt was awful. It wasn't grilled at all and the cheese wasn't melted at all.

I couldn't check it at the same time as i was getting late for work and when I went there and checked it.i got to know how bad it was not eatable.
