Tim Hortons review: false report

On 12-21-22 around 9 or 10 am I arrived to the Troy, Ohio location to pick up a door dash order. When I arrived I was told by the supervisor, Crystal, that the order had not been placed with them. We are on a time limit for deliveries. I had to contact door dash customer service line after being lied to, and while being at time hortons and already asking for order. The supervisor proceeded to report that we did not show up to pick up the order. This wasted a large amount of our time with our delivery. Also we miss out of wages and potential order in the future because of bad reviews. After confronting supervisor we finally received order after being lied to. I would think with being in a supervisor or manager position, professionalism would have been demonstrated. Now, I know not to help deliver to or from this specific location.
