Tim Hortons review: employer

The store management is not scheduling enough people to serve costumers. There are only 3 people scheduled at 4 pm to 6 pm. This store is busy because its in a busy intersection. 2 people are in line and orders a single coffee but we serve them after 10 mins because we cant leave drive thru and sandwhich boards. its very annoying when your loyal costumers are waiting and you cant do anything about it but to ask them to wait for a bit because were serving other people. The store is a big mess. I cannot work in a place where trash is everywhere, specially behind counters, which is a HAZARD FOR FOOD AND SAFETY of the costumers and the employees.. I hope this complaint will be reviewed and make an action about it.
