Tim Hortons review: customer service/ work environment

The two managers sleep with their employees and give them the most hours and raises. The afternoon manager drinks all day and customers have complained how much he smells of alcohol and his appearance and personal cleanliness is no more than the beggars outside asking for change that he gets into physical fights with. This location used to have a good reputation but has gone straight downhill unless you're one of the employees that agree to have inappropriate relations with the managers or are a female customer that enjoys the unnecessary unprofessional flirting that they think keeps customers coming back. This location needs new owners and staff
