Tim Hortons review: Customer service at Tim Hortons - 175 Roncesvalles Ave.

We were there on May 5th, 2023 around 12:40pm. Tim Hortons located at 175 Roncesvalles Ave. What a horrible customer service, especially South Asian guy with glasses. My husband ordered 2 coffees to go and asked for a tray. When coffee was ready he asked the guy again if he can have a tray but he totally ignored him. When he asked for the 3rd time this employee threw it on the counter saying spitefully "you have it now"

Per my comments "Why are you so rude" the guy started verbal fight with me I got thumbs up from people waiting in line. My husband is a senior and does not deserve this kind of treatment from Tim Hortons employee. We have never experienced such a herrendous customer service. By the way coffee tasted like water with milk, we had to throw it out after one sip. My question is "Does the guy have anger management issues?" or having bad day. He should never be hired where customer service is required.

Desired outcome: Fired the guy. Rest of the staff seems that they do not know what they are doing, washroom was dirty and disgusting. This location should be closed or new staff should be hired.
