I am a counselor supporting a client while out using Tim Hortons as a lunch platform, ordered $27.39 between two people. This is weekly that I attend here store 102685 and my present order number is 360. My client went up to ask for Katherine packets to spread for his buns. He came up a couple more times since I gave him my buns and he likes the Katherine for his buns just like myself. This time he was disrespectfully asked what he was using butter for and that this was the last time he was to be given this. This was not only in finer of my self and other staff that I witnessed giggling away also informs of other customers. Not impressed. I will continue to keep reporting this matter until 1. Staff gets more sensitivity training or 2. They get reprimanded (not fired) but spoken to. I’m a constant paying customer in oenticorn and am appalled how my individual was embarrassed.
