I visited your tim hortons at union station toronto today around 10;30 am.
I ordered a small coffee and scrambled egg on a croissant, at a cashier,
Was told to make a note of the number180, which would be called.
Within a short space of time my coffee arrived.
Then I waited and waited, the coffee was getting cold. I spoke to the lady, handing out beverages, they are calling numbers 200. Told me to wait.
Still no sign of croissant. She said I could have a fresh coffee.
Should they not arrive together, in reasonable time?
Will not visit that location again even if it was a one off.
Or your regular customers are use to that service?
Desired outcome: Just thought you may rethink some of your customer service.
