For three weeks now I have been trying to link two rewards cards or tranfer the balance on the old card to the new card. I have gone in 3 times to the store asking for help which no one seems to be able to do. I have called for digital help which they sent me an email telling what I should do. It did not work so I called back two more times with no resolution. I asked them to do it for me and they said they are not allowed. I have spend hours on this and no one seems to be able to help me.
I have been a daily Tim Hortons customer for over 20 years and I find this not only frustrating but poor customer service.
All I want to do is transfer my $80.00 from my old gift card to my existing gift card.

New gift card number to transfer the $80.00 to is [protected]
I have been very patient up until now but this is ridiculous.
Please address this complaint.
Add are copies of my cards etc.
Look forward to hearing from someone who can assist a senior citizen who did not grow up learning computers
