Thorntons review: Rude employeees/store never open

The Thornton at 3300 block of bardstown rd on same side of road as Rallys there's a lady who works there Asian I think but she's the nastiest person I've ever met working in customer service anytime she works she locks the doors and closes the store for hours at a time she's always yelling or cursing at or about customers. She always has a attitude like the customers are a burden to her! I honestly don't know how they make any money when she's working the little amount of time they are unlocked she's got personal friends hanging out around the counter that she's to busy talking to and ignoring the customer. Never im my life have I met someone in customer service who hates customer service! One day she's gonna get smart with the wrong person and she is gonna get what she deserves!
