Thorntons review: Overall attitude ( 1 comment)

I shop at the Thorntons at Monee rd and Ridgeland in Monee, IL.
I was glad you built there because it is convenient to my near by home.
The facility in very nice and clean. However your personnel staff working at the store are completely disgusting. I visit the store at least once a week since it opened and I am about to completely stop. The personnel at this store feels that they are doing you a great favor waiting on you. They are constantly wanting you to use the automated machine so they don't have to wait on you. I am about done with Thornton's unless something is done by your HR department firing everyone and hiring personnel that wants to wait on you. I don't know if it is because I am white and they are mostly black that they have such an attitude. I am not the only person that feels this way. My wife and son refuse to go there. Your HR department needs to correct this problem if you want to continue to maintain business. I also work in the public sector and if I treated customers like they do I would be fired.
