Thorntons review: Terrible management

I can write this preview with total honesty and it is about the store and the manager at night who has harassed and bullied many customers so has other employees that has been moved or fired the harassment is towards the elderly on speaker outside telling someone with a walker to get out of here not good and anyone they assume is homeless is treated like trash and banning people for any reason they can come up with as one day there was a conversation with another employee walking out the door with a cup 89 cents drink as I was outside the door I was yelled at you didn't pay for that I went and paid for it and have been banned for over a year still bullied and still yelled at and still harassed every time I'm near the environment I've not been in that store and over a year because of the manager at night she makes it a point to come outside if I'm outside with a friend I will not go in and argue with them as I know a district manager is supposed to make that call I am in process to contact corporate to let them know many more things about this manager but be aware it's not a friendly place and it isn't up to par when it comes to cleanliness because I was hired by two employees at night to work 4 hours cleaning the coffee machines cleaning the corners in the floor cleaning and cleaning and they paid me one pack of cigarettes night manager paid me one pack of Marlboro Black cigarettes for all the work I did and she told me to come back when she's on duty and I can help her some more but when I did she was happy to tell me well we won't need anymore help I would say not being that she had no work to do for the next 5 months on the housekeeper been that way for 27 years I can do more work than all those employees put together the place is full of dust dirt on all the products that you expect to buy the coffee machine area as never been cleaned until I touched it if you have any more further information that you need to know thorntons corporate I'll be glad to speak with you further thank you please don't hire any more managers that bully customers I seen the manager at a homeless shelter talking to homeless people using them for some sort of malicious behavior I'm assuming well maybe I shouldn't assume I'm thinking so good luck everyone that store has went down since she's been management and I wish they would get rid of it and let everybody happy and healthy back in who did nothing wrong the bully behavior has got to stop the power tripping has got to stop
