The bathrooms at most Louisville thorntons is always “out of order “! I can’t count how many times I had to leave and not purchase the gas and products I needed too, due to having to pee so bad. This is all hours of day and night. And it’s unacceptable. I used to only shop at thorntons, now I choose speedway.

And wow.. as I go to submit this you tell me that my complaint is too short and won’t be addressed due to that? Are you serious. What kind of company are you all!?!?!?!?!?!)!)!?!? Is this long enough for you to take me seriously?

Straight ridiculous!?

Desired outcome: Allow customers to use your restrooms at all hours. People travel, and work and need them!
