18 employees went to the restaurant at Lenox for a Christmas luncheon. They pulled tables together that accomodated 14(very tight). There was enough room for one more small two person table on the end of the grouping. The two managers had already agreed to sit at one of the two persons booths in the room. I had to wait for the other booth to become available. Fourteen of my coworkers were able to enjoy a group luncheon. I and one other had lunch together. Also, I paid $16.50 for a hockey puck, disquised as a hamburger.

we recieved the worst service. I have been to cheesecake factory and the level of service did not meet the normal less known exceptional service. My order came out incorrectly as well as cold. I explained and asked for the corrections and a fresh order. They placed slices of cold cheese on already cold food and sent it back to the table(after the server guaranteed that it would be rectified). When i attempted to get the servers attention and tell him that this was my original order he attempted to use very unprofessional language and gestures and walked off. Suring this same time other tables as well as the manager were having several issues with the same server. I spoke with the manager, and i assume that since he was exhausted from night issues he just snatched my plate as well as others that were cold. The server returned and refilled everyones drink but mines, and when checks came he brought them togo cartons and bags...When i asked for one he brought me the container (i was shocked) i had another guest ask for the bag because i was not going to continue to subject myself to this treatment. Then he delivered the checks and added the highest possible tip (not tip options...Really). I am still in disbelief that this is the level of customer service you are allowing with a brand known for service and quality of food. I look forward to a response or hearing from someone with your brand.
