The Cheesecake Factory review: Horrible service

On 7-13-25 I went with my dad and niece to the Walden Galleria Cheesecake Factory and we had an absolutely horrible experience. The waiter did not know the menu and was very inattentive. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food; my dad got a flatbread pizza and it came out horribly burnt. I talked to a manager and explained the situation and she failed to follow up with us. I wrote several times on their website and got no response at all. Very disappointed in the (lack of) customer service.
