The Cheesecake Factory

I've been coming to cheesecake factory for more than 20 years. I've dined in them in many many states/locations. I have never had the awful experience that I've had tonight. The hostess has the worst disposition I've ever experienced. She was nasty, rude, sarcastic, displaying ugly facial expressions and down right negative body language. She should not be the first person to greet guest at the hostess booth. It took a lot for me not to give her a tongue lashing for being so disrespectful. I know everyone is looking for employees to fully staff restaurants, however the hostess need to have much more class and patience than this women.
