Hi,

We purchased sofa from brick. They promised to us we will delivered it was perfectly fine on store we check everything in store it was perfect but when I got it was damage from so many places and delivery guys did my front door damage as well while delivery. I came in store same day inform them on customer service counter that my sofa was damage and my personal property also damage and send all photos on [protected]@thebricks.com and they told me the operation manager and store manger both not available so come tomorrow at in between 10 to 5 so they will schedule the pick up or offer you something better. Next day my wife came back in morning and operation manager offer us the credit for $450 and exchange the sofa and he told me come before 4 so I can speak with your husband as well I came back at 3:30 in store then they told the operation manger is not here and store manger not available at this movement and they told me come back again tomorrow before 5 so you can met with one of them. Next day I came again I met with store manager Harry he offer me exchange the sofa with other one and plus $450 store credit. He told come tomorrow and let us now your decision so we will make adjustments for you. Today 17 February 2024 I came back for finalized they both Assan operational manager and Harry store manger they switch there statement and told me we will not give you any credit we did not promised you. Instead to giving me credit back they now change and charge me $330 more, I just paid that amount for new sofa. It's very bad experience to buy the first time the product with Bricks . They just harassing us and steal the money and not covering the promises. Very worst experience with them. Hope you guys seriously investigate this case and take strictly action. For fare judgement you can check your store video too or ask your staff how badly deal with us. But not sure staff also may be afraid from them. As i mention the personal property was damage i inform them with in 24 hours, they told me they will covered this too but now they switching the statement as well and told me they cant not do anything. They did cheating with us. Please investigate properly and make the fare judgement.
