We purchased a Vale solid Mango wood dining room table and 6 Vale chairs on April 30th. May 5th it was delivered and there were some deficiencies on 5 out of 6 of the chairs legs. One of the damages was caused by the delivery guy ramming my entrance door jam. Also small pin holes on the table. I called the store and they offered me a refund if I do the repairs myself. Before I could even answer if I would like to do this they called and reneged on the refund for no reason. I also had a chair with an issue on the fabric but they replaced the chair. I did buy some wood filler and touch up and repaired the chair legs myself but I still think I should get the refund they offered so I have been calling every day for a week now trying to talk to the service manager to get an explanation of why they reneged the refund. The staff who answers the phone always tell me they will get the manager to call me back the same day I called and no one ever does. I have pictures but your system would not accept them. Desired outcome: I would like to get the refund I was offered that was almost immediately taken away for no reason before I could agree or disagree.
