I purchased a bed from newton surrey store in First week of October and I am regretting by the service very bad I am out of words to explain the frustration I received by Employees and even the Manager that person was not trying to listen to me and been 2 days since I was trying to figure this out. Problem in headboard and footboard and i had tons of issues. On the day I bought the product they said you've to assemble it by yourself and after the issues they said pay us $170 and we'll resemble only the headboard because everything else was assembled. Long story short people who work there are lier and do not care what customer have to say once you pay its none of their business what is going on with the products I'll be out of words to explain but long story short it was horrible experience
