The male manager at this store is an egotistical sob.
Two weeks prior to our dinner appointment for a group of 20 on the patio, he gave our table away to another group. Stating that they called first. So much for my conversation with him two weeks prior giving him all of our details. I walked out and the rest of the group remained inside. From what I have heard the morning after is that the service was pitiful and they waited 45 minutes to get served. Too bad for this store as I will not bring any more groups there. Nor will I go there on my own. That manager needs some customer service training for sure as hell he has none.

I will add that a good part of this group spend 3 months in Logan Utah. Texas Roadhouse is a Wednesday night every week. Great store, great service, great management. I hope this summer is not going to be what we experienced last night in your Surprise Arizona store.
