Texas Roadhouse

My husband was taking me out to celebrate Valentine's Day. We have 4 kids so we don't get to go on date nights much, therefore we were really looking forward to this. I got online ahead of time to put our name on the waitlist. it told me it would be 1hr 50min. so be there at 7:15. we arrive early at 6:30 and checked in, finally got seated at 7:45. They were out of reg cups so we got foam cups. my , out of silerware till after we got our plates and i had to ask for some, husband tried to order the ribs which he loves and always gets. But they were out so he settled for the catfish...when they brought his plate the she desided top say they are out of tarter sauce. We orded the grilled shrimp for app. all we got was 5 sad looking shrimp on a plate, could't taste the seasoning, and didnt get the bread that was supposed to come with it. We had to ask for butter to go with the rolls. I ordered the herb chicken with loaded mash and rice. The lemon was missing from my dish, the potatoes weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese on top and the rice had no flavor. My husband was not happy at all with his fish, no tartar sause, bland rice. Our date night was a bad night at TX roadhouse. The people up front were playing aroung a lot for them to e so busy.
