On Veterans Day, my wife and I went to Texas Roadhouse on Memorial in Oklahoma City. The website for this location stated that they opened at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:10 PM to pick up the meal voucher offered for Veterans. We were told that they were out and we should have been there between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. There was nothing on the website that explained that at all. We had planned to eat at this location; however, after the voucher disaster, we chose to leave and went to a competitor's restaurant to eat. We are not sure if we will go back to Texas Roadhouse after this. Very disappointed that veterans were treated this way on Veterans Day.

PS, I am a 100% disabled Combat Ranger veteran.
Desired outcome: We want an apology from this location and the meal voucher.
