Texas Roadhouse review: relations in the workplace

I would like to stay anonymous please. I worked at Texas roadhouse in the back as a cook for a year and I loved my job. I always came in with a smile and greeting those who I worked with. Through out time I ended up dating one of your managers named Stephen Bohm. As time went by I was harassed by other employees including the GM James. Everyone would talk badly about me causing the work place to become uncomfortable. James then sat me down telling me managers and employees could not work together and date and that I needed to leave Texas Roadhouse. So after a while without firing me the GM did force me out of my job. After Stephen and I broke up I tried to come back a few times and was denied the opportunity. I wasn't going to be immature about any of it I just had loved working there even though it became uncomfortable to work there, I had just loved what I did there. I'm fine with not working there and hold no grudge towards any of it. I am upset that I was forced out of my job because I was told it was against the rules to date a manager unless you were married to them. The concern there is that there is a relationship going on in that same work place with the same guy. My biggest vice is that he has a pattern of dating woman and sleeping with them in the work force. I am not the only one who has had this happen to them.
