Burnt and cold food togo order
Respectfully this was the first time that I order food from your restauarant. The order was placed at your togo window therefore what I am telling you should not have happen. The food I ordered was the cheese burger platter and onion blossom. The blossom was extremely cold and had fallen all apart and burnt. The burger platter was awful. The meat was so cold the cheese did not even melt. I ordered it (no pink) I did not mean for it to be burnt to a crisp. The fries consist of 7 cold fries thrown in the box. I am a 69 year old senior citizen man that just had to advise you of what type of food your restuarant gave to me as a order to go. Respectfully Submitted Mr. Ralph Johnson.
This order was modified to add the cheese burger platter to it because when she advised me of the price that was only for the onion blossom therefore she added the cheese burger platter accordingly.

Charlottesville restaurant/ rude waitress
We just ate in Charlottesville Va. Texas Roadhouse July 27 2024. We usually have great service and very polite waitstaff. But that wasn’t the case tonight. She was rude, never smiled, never asked if we needed our drinks refilled. Other waiters came to check on us and take dirty plates from the table. The food was great! On 3/24/2024 I picked up an order for the family's Sunday dinner. This is one of the restaurants that my family and I frequented basically every Sunday during Covid. So to call in a nd pick up an order was normal. We were never disappointed until 3/24/2024.
The food was terrible!
1. I waited an additional 35 minutes longer thatn promised for the pick up, no problem!
2. the catfish dinner which is a staple for me was over cooked and tooo salty to eat, problem
3. Fried pickles, cold and too salty, problem and a result of the 35 minute wait
4. Mashed potatoes left much to be desired and the green beans were a half container.
no I didn't open each box before leaving as this has never been necessary.
I write this message as a long time consumer at your restaurant and to express my disappointment.

We ate lunch at The Texas Roadhouse on Friday, October 27, 2023. The meal was delicious. The meal cost us $43.42 and we left a 20% tip, which would be $8.64 for a total of $52.06. Upon arriving home, I checked my bank app and it showed a charge of $69.92, for a tip of $26.50. We called to make a Customer Complaint that afternoon and that night. We were told 1) we would receive an email by Tuesday (October 31, 2023) and that $19.00 would be reimbursed to our card. Neither has happened. We have exhausted any avenue of reimbursement.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement or a free meal.

We went to ur Texas Roadhouse in New London CT last friday Oct 27th for dinner.. I ordered an American Burger medium well and my husband ordered a fish and chips.. I only ate half of my burger and I decided to take it home after and I noticed my plate where my burger is served is cracked and I immediately complained to the waitress and a Manager came and told him about my predicament.. he apologized and never offered my anything to compensate my complaint. I told them to throw away the plate where they served my food and told them that was not very nice of them to served food with a cracked plate... when I got home I started to have stomach ache and I was vomiting and had diarrhea and I almost collapsed.. I became so dizzy and didnt feel good at all.. My husband told me to call the Restaurant Manager the following day and ask them if they got similar problems about my complaint..
