Texas Roadhouse

My family of 9 and myself went to your Cheektowaga, ny location on Friday April 5, 2024 for a family get together. We visit Texas Roadhouse at least once a week for dinner and have always enjoyed the food and fun there. However on April 5th we had a very unsettling experience. The waitress, (her name was Sam), was probably the most unpleasant and rude waitress we have ever encountered anywhere. We sat at the table for 30 minutes before the waitress, Sam, ever got to our table. When she finally got our drink order we then waited 15 minutes before they arrived. She then took our order. Which came to around $250.00 for the 9 of us plus tip. When my 17 year old asked her what his options were for sides well she looked at him and laughed rudely at him and said “come on, look at the menu”. Well she embarrassed him and that was not necessary. My husband is a diabetic and when he ordered a diet cola, when she brought it to him he double checked with her (as we always do) to be sure it was diet and her aweful reply to my husband was “I know you told me” so very rude. She messed up just about every order, didn’t bring our appetizer out. Well I did call the manager, Eric, and told him all this and to my surprise I did not receive any kind of response from him at all. I feel with as often we go to dinner at that location, this experience was unexceptable. I look forward to an acknowledgment from corporate please.
