Teleflora Order number [protected]

See below a copy of my paperwork necessary to place my order. The paperwork includes my order number. A complete copy of my paperwork should also include the name of the product and who it was sent to. I have also posted a picture of the product looks like as shown on the web page and a photo of what unfortunately arrived at my friend’s front door.

I request an arrangement that more closely resembles what was visually shown on the seller’s page.

Teleflora Order not received

Telefrauda is more like it. Need an integer scale for this one. One star only because it is required.

I purchased a Mother's Day Bouquet on May 5 at 3:26 pm for delivery on May 7-- (Dressed To Impress Bouquet (Premium)). The flowers had to be delivered on the 7th as my wife and I were heading out of town to be with my mother-in-law on the 8th.

After waiting all day, the order did not arrive--without so much as a call. I contacted a supervisor at 8:01 pm on 7 May and was ostensibly given full refund (although my card has not been credited as yet), an apology read from a script and promised up and down that a complimentary bouquet would be delivered on May 9.

I called today to get a better idea of when the delivery would occur and was told that the order was not in their system (?) and would not be processed or delivered until Tuesday the 10th. This is the day AFTER I was promised redelivery by the supervisor on the evening of the 7th. The supervisor with whom I spoke on May 9 was unable to connect me with the florist who was to deliver the order or even confirm that the order would be delivered on Tuesday at all. Seems as though facilitating floral delivery is more of a side gig for Teleflora or that the arrangement I requested was the stuff of the The RHS Chelsea Flower Show and could not be handled by mere mortals.

Asked to speak to a manager and was told that even though many work at the call center, there were none available. It was suggested to me by a supervisor that one possible resolution to the matter was to buy my wife some of her favorite foods. Teleflora continues to let me down. BBB complaint filed.

Teleflora I want my money back

Paid for Mother’s Day flowers for my grandmother and I even paid the extra fee for them to get there on Sunday. I checked my order number and it shows cancelled. Why wasn’t notified that my order was cancelled?! I need my money back and I will never order from such an unprofessional company.

Teleflora Flowers ordered weeks in advance and not delivered

On April 26, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered on May 7. On May 7, I received a status that flowers were delivered but they were not. I called customer service and they said despite the status flowers would be delivered by Sunday, May 7 by 7pm. They were never delivered, very disappointing given how long prior to date I had ordered them. I had to call and get money back without any apology. Teleflora made me look like a jerk by not delivering my order. Thanks for no service, even though I have faithfully utilized your service for years and overlooked previous delays and high prices. Never again! I’m done!

Teleflora I keep receiving massive emails!

I made a huge mistake of ordering flowers for my sister, from Teleflora, because our father had died.

I have unsubscribed several times, I have contacted them, and even blocked them, but I am still receiving several emails from them daily !

I have enough pain and suffering to go through, and do NOT want to be reminded daily of our father's loss.

..and now I am receiving multitudes of junk mail on top of all this.

Desired outcome: Please take me off their email list.

Teleflora Ordering a Floral arrangement

I ordered a flower arrangement online to be delivered same day. My order was in before 2;00PM so that it could be delivered same day. I received a confirmation email and another advertisement email from Telaflora. Around 5:00PM I decided to track my order and the status said CANCELED! I called customer service. The first representative I spoke with stated there was an issue with my card and to protect me they cancelled my order because of questionable activity. She could not tell me what was questionable so I was transferred to one of her superiors. He proceeded to tell me there was an issue with my card.. I informed him the money for my order had already been deducted from my account, so what was the issue? Also I never received an email, 0hone call or text messages saying my order had been canceled. He then adked me if I want the delivery sent out tomorrow! My response was basically no thanks, the BIRTHDAY surprise and BIRTHDAY has been ruined! I am awaiting my refund. I DO NOT recommend TELEFLORA !

My order was never delivered despite a confirmation email saying that it had been delivered. Now they are saying they can’t find the order. Also can not unsubscribe from marketing emails. Is this company a scam?

Teleflora Item#T403-3B Sweetest Sunrise Bouquet(deluxe)

Ordered flowers for daughters 50th birthday. They were delivered and when daughter sent picture we were shocked to see a glass vase with what appeared to be filler plants, no yellow or white roses. So pathetic and so dissapointed.

Paid $91.54 for flowers that looked like they came from the garbage. I expect to be given a refund, as they were not what I ordered! Gary & Linda Feb. 7,2022

Teleflora Flowers delivered to wrong address/really BAD customer service.

Christmas arrangement was ordered 12/15 to be delivered to my very elderly aunt in another state on 12/20. On 12/20 the flowers are delivered to ME-billing address, not shipping address. (I checked the order.) I contacted Teleflora that day and was told it had been corrected and would be delivered the following day-12/21. Spoke by phone with my aunt on 12/22, and nothing had been received, but she had received numerous calls from someone, but was unable to understand the number being left for a return call. Finally had her neighbor come over to help her. By 12/27, still nothing had been received, at which time I requested Teleflora to cancel the order. I received 2 emails, one stating the flowers had been undeliverable, they had cancelled the order and were refunding $49.98 to my account (the actual original charge was $52.74), the second stating they woud be refunding $10.55. As of 1/13, I have received a refund of $10.55, not the full price of $52.74. I have now begun a dispute with my credit card company for charges for an item that was not received. I have kept all my email communications with Teleflora to help prove my case. I guess we'll see what happens. One thing is certain-I will NEVER do business with Teleflora again; neither will I recommend them to anyone.

Teleflora I am a partner florist and they are ripping me off

I partnered with Teleflora in June of last year and began delivering at the end of August, I am a small town own and operate my small bucket shop solo with the help from another person when I need it. But I have spent more in buying arranging and gas delivering than they are paying me. They charge ridicuous fees and this month they say I OWE THEM $500 I want my money I am owed. I made them$5000.00 and I got paid less than $1000. How are they doing this to people ? I want to sue

Teleflora Substitution floral arrangement

I ordered a Thomas Kincade Christmas floral arrangement (see attached photo of order arrangement) from Teleflora for a friend for Christmas. I noticed a disclaimer on their website that stated if the order could not be completed with the specific item requested, they would make a substitution. I contacted Teleflora immediately and requested that if my specific order could not be sent to please cancel the order as I did not want a substitution. They responded via email that they noted my request and would contact their vendor to ensure my order could be sent as requested.

Unfortunately a substitution arrangement was sent (photo attached). I have been in contact with Teleflora requesting a refund as they did not cancel the order but instead of sent a substitution which they were instructed not to do and agreed they wouldn't. They are only agreeing to refund me 50% of what I paid. This is unacceptable as they agreed before the delivery to cancel the order if it could not be filled with the requested Thomas Kincade arrangement.

Below is the email correspondence with my request for cancellation if the order could not be filled with the specific arrangement and their acknowledgement at the bottom of the chain.

Teleflora Flower delivery

The order that I placed looked nothing like what was received, see pictures below. In what world, are carnations an acceptable substitute for roses?! I have been through this with other online orders from them not arriving to the funeral home, or not arriving on the proper date, to three horrible arrangements. I will never again order online flowers!

The same on my grieving friend's birthday. See below. Like pouring gasoline on a fire. In her time of having just lost 2 parents, wanted to send something beautiful that wouldn't help but delight her even for a moment. I was so upset that the cheap paltry arrangement she received would send the message of how little she was regarded. Just spent 1 1/2 hours and 3 calls to teleflora to get the flowers I ordered delivered. Hope they don't disappoint.

Teleflora Order # [protected]

I placed two order for the same arrangement. The first order was to be delivered 10/12/21 to Commack, NY. The second order was to be delivered 10/14/21 to Spanish Fort, AL. For the first order I received a confirmation the arrangement was delivered and I called that evening to tell them the order was not delivered. They got in touch with the shop & arrangement was delivered and it was gorgeous! Today the 2nd ordered and they were delivered & they are awful. I am furious and would be ashamed to give such an awful arrangement. I called to complain again and they would not send the correct arrangement and gave me a credit. Both arrangements were for my nieces birthday and I ordered the deluxe. I have pictures of both arrangements and you cannot compare them.

Teleflora Flowers were not delivered

Ordered flowers for grand daughters birthday to be delivered Sept.17. Contacted Telefloral last week regarding this. They did issue a discount but no flowers or response regarding the flowers as yet. It was order #[protected], item #143-B taken by Elizabeth-confirmation #same as order number. Recipient was Ashley Keller 1511 So. Fairplay Way Aurora, Co 80012 Order charged totaled $61.49 with shipping etc, they issued a credit for $18.45. Have heard nothing more regarding flowers or an additional credit.
I did inadvertently email the request twice and they did send me the above credit twice.

Recieved a call that Peonies are not in season and can be substitute with other flowers similar.
Name of arrangement is misleading.
Suggestion, state flower is not in season/unavailable, remove advertisement or indicate substitution clause.

Teleflora flowers not delivered to funeral home

Ordered flowers to be delivered to funeral home assumed flowers were delivered stated on Teleflora website delivered. Contacted teleflora because I did not see the arrangement at the funeral home they informed me the florist contacted them and said they didn't have that arrangement and it wasn't delivered. The website clearly states if arrangeme708052382nt not available they will substitute. If I would not have contacted them they never would have contacted me.

Would not give refund until they talked to the Florist and would not let me know what florist was supposed to deliver the flowers and didn't. Order was supposed to be delivered August 19, 2021 order number [protected].

Teleflora Floral Order Not Delivered

Ordered Flowers for my sister who just had major surgery. I tried to order through another website but when I put my sisters address in it immediately did not accept the order saying it was outside the delivery address.
I then went to teleflora and they accepted the address and order. 2 days went by and the day the order was to be delivered teleflora texted me and said the order needed to be canceled because they had no one to deliver it. I called and they said they don't have many network floral shops in that area and I basically was out of luck and all they would do is refund my money.
I wish I had known this when I placed the order. Will never use teleflora

Desired outcome: They should be willing to copensate beyond a refund. Brenda from teleflora did not care about the situation they caused!

Teleflora Money tree in black square base with moss and rocks

I ordered a Money Tree plant on 7/5/21 to be delivered to my boyfriend for his birthday and paid $56.48. A plant was delivered that looked nothing like the photo on the website. I was so upset so I called teleflora on 7/18 after it was delivered and expressed my disappointment and was told they would call a florist in the Loxahatchee Florida area and explain what the Money Tree should look like and have it delivered today 7/19. Unfortunately, the plant that was delivered today IS NOT EVEN a MONEY TREE PLANT! I am so upset! I would greatly appreciate it if you can find a florist that can deliver a Money Tree plant like the picture on your website. The first picture that my boyfriend received is not a Money Tree plant! The second pic is what the plant should look like from the website. Please rectify this ASAP. Thank you [protected]@yahoo.com

Teleflora Teleflora flowers I bought and sent to a cousin were very disappointing.

To whom it may concern,

Order #: [protected]. On April 19, 2021 I ordered "Make a Wish" - Deluxe bouquet for my cousin's birthday today. Order number: TEV13-6B. It was delivered on April 21, 2021. I ordered this flowers because of the way they looked on your website. The flowers she received DID NOT look like the flower arrangement you presented on your website. Yes the flowers are similar but they look like they ready to fall apart; they look old, not fresh. The vase did not come with the green polka dot ribbon you displayed. The vase was filled with soil so it looks dirty. They added a big green spray which was not presented in the picture. The vase was round on your photo and I received a different vase. A friend of mine recommended I use Teleflora. I am disappointed and unhappy the flower arrangement arrived to her home looking the way it does. I am requesting to be reimbursed for this false advertising.
Attached is a photo comparison. the picture on the left is what is on your website and the picture on the right is what was delivered to my cousin.

Teleflora Delivery

I placed an order for a boston fern to be sent to the hospital for a friend recovering from major surgery. They initially sent me a email or text saying the flowers were delivered to the hospital. When I contacted the daughter she said no flowers had been delivered. I called all around the hospital and they could not find any flowers. When I called teleflora they said they needed a home address because they do not deliver to the hospital due to covid19. I wish someone had told me this instead of telling me they were delivered.
I gave them the home address and had to keep checking to see if they were delivered because I did not get a notification. Finally a mixed plant was delivered and it was dead! Teleflora said they would give me a 40 per cent discount. Who cares! My friend got a dead plant and no one cares. It is not about the money. Finally they are going to send another plant. At this point I am not happy and will never order from teleflora again!
