Flower basket delivered 1 day later
I'm in US. I ordered a flower basket on July, 11 for delivery on July, 13 to Kazakhstan. I was concerned that only 2 days wasn't enough, but the company's representatives assured me they will deliver the gift on time. I contacted my recipient on the afternoon of 13th and the basket wasn't delivered. I received an email and phone call from the company apologizing and explaining they couldn't reach the recipient during the day. They managed to deliver my gift the next morning though. The flower basket looked stunning and my recipient was very happy. Customer service people were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process and even offered me a good discount as an apology for not delivering on time. I'm glad they resolved the situation so quickly and at the end I'm happy with the service.

Flowers were not delivered!
Horrible site, I would not recommend RussianFlora to anyone.
I'm currently living in Italy and my girlfriend is in Russia. When I found this website I thought it was a great way to send her flowers.
So I contacted customer service and they assured me they'll deliver on time.
It was my girlfriend's birthday and I ordered her a large bouquet. Unfortunately she never received it and customer service is a total joke! They cannot even explain the reason why flowers were not delivered. Will never use RussianFlora again!

The delivery date was changed
I have ordered flowers through the company www.russianflora.com. I was told that the delivery would be on 22th or 23th of September, but I didn’t get the flowers and contacted the rep, who told me that they would be able to provide the order on 25th. It wasn’t convenient for me. I need my money back, but the rep refused to stop the order and delivery. I’m not satisfied with the services.
