The staff at the Grand Junction, Colorado Target store are some of the rudest people that I have ever encountered at that Target in 40+ years. The older staff act suspicious of everyone, and the younger staff talk in a monotone voice and look at you like you’re stupid or bothering them for asking questions.

I also have been having a problem where clearance items are not ringing up as marked. My partner and I found a jacket in clearance marked down to $7.50 and when I mentioned to the clerk that the jacket didn’t ring up as marked, they suggested that WE replaced the sticker from another item. The sticker was obviously placed there by an employee. I was embarrassed and insulted! Then when I tried to complain about these issues, all we got was a blank stare from the young front desk clerk.

I absolutely HATE shopping at what was once my favorite store in the world. I cannot deal with the rudeness and being treated like we are stealing from them!

This Target store needs all new day time staff badly. I will not be shopping at Target anytime soon.

Desired outcome: If anything, the younger staff needs to learn some people skills! It’s BAD.
