On 4/13/2024 I purchased over $100 in cleaning products. The signs stated a $15 gift would be awarded with a $50 purchase. When checking out, I was only given 1 rebate. When I inquired why I didn't get a second one, I was told that it must be in 2 separate transactions. When speaking to the manager she confirmed what the cashier told me. I explained that none of the signs stated a card was awarded as only one per transaction. The manager told me, "Sorry, nothing I can do.

Claimed loss: $15.00

Desired outcome: A $15.00 gift card.
