Wife and I have shopped at Talbots for many years and what we are experiencing now with Talbots and Coventry bank and a Nightmare. My wife was not aware of a 2.99 charge for a paper statement. She missed paying this amount and received a 30-dollar late charge. After a few months went by, she is up to over a hundred dollars. Customer service did not inform my wife what the late charge was for, and she thought it was for an item she returned. We started to receive numerous calls from an unknow number and they did not leave message. We are not going to answer unknow calls. We are expecting a complete review of her account by a supervisor to correct errors of billing
