This website, Draper's & Damon's, has been having some issues with their discount codes for quite some time now. I've been trying to use them for months, but they just don't seem to work. I even talked to the folks at Drapers about it, and they told me that I have to call in every time I place an order with a discount code, so they can manually apply it. That's just not right, if you ask me.

I mean, come on, who has time for that? It's ridiculous customer service, and it's not fair to the customers who are trying to save a little money. I hope that everyone who uses a discount code on this website realizes that it's not going to work, and stops using it altogether.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Draper's & Damon's. They need to get their act together and fix this issue, or they're going to lose a lot of business. It's a shame, because they have some really nice stuff on their website. But if they can't get their discount codes to work properly, then what's the point?

I went to Draper's & Damon's website to find some new clothes for myself. I found an item that I really liked, but the sales person told me that it wasn't on sale. I decided to order it anyway because I really wanted it. The next day, I saw that the same item had a second one for only 1 cent! I was really upset about this and called the sales person to ask about it. This time, a different woman answered the phone and she was not very polite. She agreed to mail out the item, but I was not happy with the way she treated me.

I decided to return them and paid for first class postage to send them back in one package. When I received my refund, I noticed that the postage for the package was deducted from my refund. This made me really angry because I couldn't keep any of the poor quality items and they still made a profit from me.

Overall, I was not happy with my experience at Draper's & Damon's. The sales person was not very helpful and the items were not of good quality. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for good clothes.

D&D has been my go-to site for a few moons now, but I gotta say, it's been letting me down lately. I bought a jacket from Draper's & Damon's on January 5th, but it never arrived by late February. The tracking information showed that it was waiting for DHL pickup at their warehouse, but it was never picked up. I called customer service and spoke to a man with an accent (I think he gave me the wrong name!) who said he would cancel the order and refund my money. He also said that since the jacket was still in stock, he would process a new order for me. However, I was charged for three more jackets instead of just one! I think he didn't know what he was doing or misunderstood my request.

I called again on March 1st at 4:54 pm and asked for a supervisor, but a woman with a very heavy accent told me that one was not available. She said she could help me, but she didn't tell me what she was going to do after hearing my problem. I have no reason to believe that she did anything to resolve the issue. It's frustrating because the quality of their items has gone downhill, and now everything else there is screwed up. There is NO customer service! It's such a disappointment. I think there must have been changes in ownership and/or management.

I was never informed that the item was out of stock, and I would not have agreed to have it sent again if I had known. I had no choice but to cancel the order, which was a complete waste of time.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative who knew I was unhappy did not direct me to the survey at the end of the call, as I had requested. Instead, she simply hung up on me. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend Draper's & Damon's to anyone. I hope that my refund shows up on my credit card soon.

I bought the printed Mandarin Neck Twinset from Draper's & Damon's and I gotta say, it looked pretty good on the website. But when I got it, there was glitter falling all over the place! I mean, come on, who wants to be covered in glitter all day? It was a total mess and I couldn't even wear it. I had to return the item and it was a hassle. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product.
