Talbots - I'm having a great deal of trouble getting in contact with someone who can help me.

I shop at the Salisbury, MD. store and for some reason they won't answer the phone. I live 45 min. away and find this very annoying and inconvenient. I bought 4 items on Fri. and need to see if the size 10 pants fits me better than the size 12. I received 40% off my purchase so want the same deal. The pants are slim ankle jeans multo color (blue & citrus). Can you send them to me?

Desired outcome: I get the pants that fit the best.
