Modanisa Absolutely love it!

I've been dealing with the company more than once and each time I'm pleased with my orders, quality of clothing, the shipping speed (to the US), and the cost! If you ever think that you cannot afford high quality, fashionable, and at the same time modest clothing then modanisa is a perfect option for you! Customer service is very helpful and respectful. I'm in love with every single piece of cloth I've purchased and I always highly recommend the website to all my friends as well as to whoever is going to read my review. I'm not a robot or scam, I'm a real person who looooooves modanisa.

Modanisa Great material!

I have ordered multiple times from them. I ordered scarfs and a dress!
I always get my order within two weeks, i live in Ohio United States.
The only time I have an issue with them was that I got charged for my order twice. It was my fault because the internet got disconnected while I was placing the order and I thought the order didnt go through so I reorder it.
I contacted paypal and called their Customer service and the money was in my account within a week.
The colors of the dress was a little bit lighter from the pictures, but it wasnt bad at all and the dress wasnt expensive so I was alright with them!
Definitely recommend and im about to order more from them!

Modanisa I had my items shipped today and I was very satisfied

I live in Canada and it's hard to find a good quality Muslim wear, and say I found a store: I will not find a good thing.
The items on Modanisa are very fashionable and the priced are reasonable.
I loved how they explained the materials! It was a bit tricky to guess my size but I was right!
I ordered with 225 $CA and I payed on the door 77$ for the shipping company.
That's nothing! Comparing with the prices and the materials in the Muslim wear stores in Canada.

The items were in an excellent condition, the Abaya is wonderful, the coat is very good (needs some ironing), the dress is fabulous and the colours are beautiful.

I recommend everyone to order from Modanisa.

Modanisa Super satisfied

My first experience with modanisa was great alhamdulellah. I ordered 11 pieces and all of them came in the accurate size, quality was good and it was exactly the same as the pics they have in their website. About the shipping, it came in exactly one week to KSA. Many ppl are complaining about the shipping. In the case of middle east, shipping is for free if u order more than a 100 usd. Of course, u have to pay the shipping of the company u choose to delivered to ur house. Modanisa does not charge u for the shipping inside turkey. The ones who charge are the international courier companies.
As a summary, i feel satisfied. I feel so satisfied that in less of one week i ordered again some other designs.

Modanisa Perfect

Honestly, I am very happy with their quality. I ordered 2 scarfs, 2 Jilbabs (abayas). I got them with a free sized Abaya as a gift. I really thank them for the good job. I hope they stock more quantity of the best styles they sell because they finish quickly. I ordered again because they did the Buy-4-get-1-free offer and want to try their dresses. I hope I get satisfied from them as I did from last order.
By the way, I always buy muslim cloths online. I find Shukr.com very nice Syrian-made clothes but more expensive comparing to Modanisa especially shippment to middle easr, also I have tried EastEsscense but I wasn't happy with the quality and the cut of their styles.
I wish them luck and for all. I hope my review helps someone who needs it.

Modanisa Disappointed with Modanisa's Customer Service: Delayed Refund Process for Wrong-Sized Dress

I recently purchased a dress from Modanisa, an online clothing store that specializes in modest fashion. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the dress I received was not the correct size. According to the size chart on the website, the dress should have fit me at a size 10-12 in US size and 44 in European size. However, when I received the dress, it said on the tag that it was a size 8 and 42 in European size. Needless to say, the dress was too tight and I couldn't wear it.

I contacted Modanisa's customer support and was instructed to take pictures of the garment signifying that it was the wrong size and email them to Modanisa. I did as instructed and was told to wait 5 to 7 business days to hear back. However, since I was leaving the country soon and had read other reviews on the website about issues with getting refunds resolved, I became anxious after 7 days had passed and I had not heard back. I started calling Modanisa daily to let them know that this was an urgent issue and that I was leaving the country and wouldn't have contact or internet access. The customer support line kept assuring me that they were sending it higher up and that someone was working to resolve the issue.

After two weeks of waiting, I finally received an email requesting me to send pictures of the garment, which I had already done. I sent another email today with the same pictures I had sent before. I am posting this review in hopes that Modanisa responds as it seems they respond to these reviews faster than they respond to emails. I don't have two more weeks to wait for an email. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Modanisa. While mistakes happen, it is frustrating to have to wait so long for a resolution. I hope that Modanisa can improve their customer service and make the refund process smoother for their customers in the future.

Modanisa Disappointing Experience with Modanisa: Unfair Policies and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Modanisa and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. While I received my order within a week, I quickly realized that the dresses I had ordered were not the right size for me. When I tried to return them, I was shocked to learn that Modanisa only allows 24 hours for returns on evening dresses. This policy seemed ridiculous to me, especially since they also charge for shipping and require customers to pay for return shipping as well.

In my experience, most online shops offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, such as ?100. And if you spend over ?200, they will even send you a free return shipping label. However, Modanisa charged me shipping fees even though my order total was ?229.84. When I returned the dresses, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which was an extra expense I had not anticipated.

To make matters worse, Modanisa did not refund the full amount I had paid for my order. They deducted my discount from the total amount and divided it among the items I had not returned. This policy seemed unfair to me, especially since the items I was returning had a different discount than the ones I was keeping. I contacted customer service to ask about this, but they simply told me that it was their policy and there was nothing they could do.

Overall, my experience with Modanisa was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend shopping with them, as their policies seem to be designed to benefit the company rather than the customer. If you are looking for an online shop with fair policies and good customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Modanisa Modanisa: The Ultimate Online Shopping Destination for Modest Fashion and More

Modanisa is the best online shopping experience I've had since I started shopping online in 2007. They have a huge selection of modest clothing for women, as well as handbags and shoes to match. They even have sportswear and children's and baby clothing, although the selection is somewhat limited.

I was looking to update my wardrobe in July and since my first order arrived (within three days), I've been hooked. I've ordered from them eight times now and the longest I've waited for a package has been five days. All of my clothes have arrived in perfect condition and individually packaged in their own little bags. They use DHL for shipping, and they're a truly professional outfit.

Looking at my purchase history, I can honestly say that my new wardrobe looks better than ever. They have a great range of fashions in all sizes, from tiny to very, very large. In short, their selection is fantastic. Even if you have a small shopping budget, they have beautiful scarves and hijabs starting at just ?1.45. Their clothing ranges from basics like tunics for around ?5.00 to designer clothing from over 100 designers. There really is something for everyone in a range we can choose from.

Their shipping is currently free, but last week there was a charge if your order was less than ?45.00. However, whenever you visit their shop and add something to your basket, a message from a real online customer service representative pops up offering to answer any questions you may have. They get top marks in that department!

So, I've given you a glimpse into my experiences with this company. I now have around 50 new outfits and I can't find any faults with them. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Modanisa Modanisa Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service

I was really looking forward to shopping at Modanisa, but unfortunately, my experience was a complete letdown. The products I received were of such low quality that it was clear that the company has no regard for customer satisfaction. It took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, some of the items were missing. The one item that did arrive was not at all as it had been pictured on the website. The material was cheap and the sizing was completely off.

I immediately contacted Modanisa to report the issue, but my complaints were ignored for weeks. When I finally did receive a response, I was told that my issue had been resolved, even though no one had bothered to contact me to discuss the problem. When I raised the issue again, I was once again ignored for weeks. When I finally did receive a response, I was told that they had looked at photos I had sent, even though I had never sent any photos. It was clear that they were just trying to dismiss my complaint without actually addressing the issue.

After several rounds of back-and-forth, Modanisa finally told me that they had checked video footage and that I should have raised the issue immediately. But I had already done that, and there was no evidence of any video footage. It seemed like they were just trying to pass the blame onto someone else. It's been months now, and my issue still hasn't been resolved.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Modanisa. They are doing a disservice to the modest fashion industry by providing such poor quality products and terrible customer service. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. Their products are bad, their customer service is non-existent, and they seem to care more about taking your money than actually providing a quality product. Their refund policy is not adhered to, and they make it incredibly difficult to even consider requesting a refund. I requested a refund and was completely ignored.

Modanisa Misleading Discount and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Modanisa

I recently made a purchase from Modanisa, despite reading some negative reviews. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. As I was browsing their website on my computer, I noticed a banner at the top that advertised a 15% discount for first-time users of their mobile app. So, I downloaded the app and continued shopping on my phone. When I went to check out, I expected to see the 15% discount applied, but it wasn't there. Instead, I saw that a coupon for free shipping had been automatically applied. I assumed that this was the discount, but when I completed my order, I realized that I had been misled.

I contacted Modanisa's customer service for help, but they were not very helpful. They told me that since the free shipping coupon had been applied, they could not apply the 15% discount as well. I explained that I would rather pay for shipping and get the 15% discount, but they didn't seem to care about my concerns. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service and felt that they did not value me as a customer.

In the end, I decided to return my entire order, even though it meant paying for international shipping. It was more about the principle than the money. I was very disappointed with Modanisa and regretted spending so much money with them. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I felt that I had to share my experience with others.

One other issue I had with Modanisa was with their shopping cart. When I accidentally added two of the same item to my cart (because the mobile app can be slow to load), it didn't show me that I had duplicates. Instead, it showed them as separate items, which was confusing.

Modanisa Beautiful Products, Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Modanisa

Modanisa has some really beautiful stuff, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I recently made my first purchase with them and had it shipped to Canada. Unfortunately, I ended up having to pay a lot of extra fees for customs, duties, and broker fees. So, I decided to switch my shipping address to the US for my next order. However, they ended up shipping it to the wrong address. Luckily, I received email notifications from UPS and was able to catch the package before it left Turkey. I immediately contacted Modanisa and asked them to make sure my next order was shipped to the correct address. They reassured me that everything was fixed, but the very next day I received a message from UPS saying my package was on its way to Canada again. I spent the entire day calling and emailing Modanisa, but received no response besides them marking my case as urgent.

I was really frustrated at this point and just wanted my order to be shipped to the correct address. I explained to them that there were only two options: either they could refuse the package and ship it to the correct address I provided, or I would accept it but they would have to cover the fees I had to pay considering I wouldn't have to pay them in the US. They never got back to me, so I ended up accepting the package. I've been emailing them regularly for a month now, but they keep telling me they'll get back to me. When they finally called me, the person on the other end spoke broken English and couldn't do anything to help me. They just transferred me to another department and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

It's really frustrating that my order ended up costing me 50% more than it should have. I'm a wholesaler and have spent a lot of money with Modanisa in just two months since my first purchase, but it seems like they don't really care about their customers. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me they couldn't do that. Overall, I'm really disappointed with Modanisa's customer service and would hesitate to order from them again.

Modanisa Modanisa Review: Cheap and Ugly Items, Wrong Orders, and Poor Quality Shoes and Bags. Stay Away!

I recently made a purchase from Modanisa, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I had seen some really nice-looking items on their website, so I decided to order 12 different things. When my package arrived on March 1st, 2020, I was excited to see what I had gotten. But when I opened it up, I was shocked at how cheap and ugly everything looked.

First of all, some of the items were completely different from what I had ordered. For example, I had ordered a lipstick in a certain color, but the one I received was a completely different color and had already expired. The bags I ordered were also a huge disappointment. They were made of really cheap material, and some of them were so small that they wouldn't even be good for a child to play with. Plus, they were all wrinkled and looked like they had just been thrown into the box without any care.

One of the bags was made of such thin material that it looked like a garbage bag. And the cardigan I ordered in a small size was actually labeled as S-M, and it was clearly not a small size. It looked like someone had just sewn the label on poorly to make it seem like it was a small size.

The shoes I ordered were also not great. They weren't as bad as the bags, but they were still pretty low quality. The boots had glue on them, which made them look even worse, and the high heel shoes had an M sign on them that I thought was a brand logo, but it turned out to just be a copy of the logo.

Out of the 12 items I ordered, only two were okay. The wallet was of decent quality, but the color was slightly different from what I had seen on the website. And the pants were also good quality, but they were a different size than what I had ordered.

I paid $125 for all of these items, after getting a 35% discount for my first order. But honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. The items I received were so embarrassing to wear, and they weren't even worth 10% of what I paid.

So my advice to anyone thinking of ordering from Modanisa is to stay away. This website is a scam, and they will just take your money without giving you anything of value in return. I've attached some photos of the items I saw on their website and the items I actually received, so you can see for yourself how bad they are.

Modanisa Disappointing Experience with Modanisa: Slow Customer Service and Poor Quality Product

I recently bought a burkini from Modanisa, as I thought they had the best designs. Although it was quite expensive, I believed it would last a long time. However, my experience with Modanisa was not a good one.

Firstly, I was charged $50 for international duties, which was not mentioned on their website. Although they stated that they were not responsible for this, I have never been charged these duties by other international companies. Nevertheless, I understood that this was made clear on their website.

Secondly, the item I received was not as per the image. In the image, the hijab and pants were the same color, a dark blue, and the top was sky blue. However, I received one where the hijab matched the top and not the pants. I ordered the specific one because I liked the darker hijab and lighter top, but it was completely different.

I contacted Modanisa about this issue, and each time they requested photos and proof, then they disappeared for months, saying the issue had been transferred to another department. I followed up, but the same story, that it takes time. Months later, I received a call when I was away that a package would like to be picked up from my home to ship to Turkey. I was at the airport when I received this call, and I wondered why they didn't notify me that a carrier would be coming.

The communication was very slow and poor, and I also tried calling them, but they did not speak English or understand. Finally, I wore the swimsuit once, and then I noticed the dress and the hijab turned yellow. I contacted them again and attached photos of the swimsuit, but they disappeared again.

Months and months later, I said I just wanted my refund back, and they notified me that they would pick it up. I sent the package on December 2, and it's January, and still no refund. Now they are saying it's my responsibility to track the package, and until it's received, I get no refund. I can see on my end that it was received by them three days after it was picked up, but they somehow have not cleared it by their broker.

In conclusion, I shop online often, but this was just another experience. I will stay far away from Modanisa. Do not order if you are not sure. Their customer service is so slow, it's like they don't care. After giving them a reference number and following up many times, they still start over. I will not be purchasing from Modanisa again.

Modanisa Disappointed with Modanisa: Unprofessional, Inefficient, and Incompetent Experience

I recently had an experience with Modanisa that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had placed a large order of $400 USD and was expecting to receive my items within 3-5 days, as stated on their website. However, after waiting for over a week with no communication from the company, I had to reach out to them myself. While they were polite, they seemed to have no idea what was in my order, despite my using their ticket order system.

I had assumed that a large and well-established online store like Modanisa would be professional and efficient, but I was wrong. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, as I never would have done so had I known about the problems with this company. It's especially disappointing to me as a Muslim, as I always like to support Muslim-owned businesses.

One thing that really bothered me was the shipping charges. I have never paid more than $25 for overseas shipping, and most companies offer free shipping for large orders. However, Modanisa charged me over $75 for shipping alone. While I was able to use a $100 coupon to offset some of the cost, it still felt like a rip-off.

Another issue was the lack of an itemized receipt upon placing my order. This made me worry about their degree of professionalism and customer service, especially when they couldn't even find my order after the fact.

After about two weeks, I did receive all of my items as ordered. However, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay an additional charge of $72 upon delivery, with no advance warning. I had already paid $98 for shipping at the time of purchase, so this was a real surprise. I had to scramble to find a checkbook, as the delivery service wouldn't accept cash or credit card.

The problem, as I discovered, was that Modanisa doesn't provide a simple customs declaration like every other competent company that does international shipping. This caused my package to be held for three extra days while customs officers determined if the items were legal and safe to bring into the US. Modanisa neglected to declare the items properly for customs, which caused the charge and delay in the first place. However, I had to pay the charge for the agency that investigated the items, not Modanisa.

I have purchased from multiple different countries around the world and have never had such an unprofessional, inefficient, and incompetent experience as I did with Modanisa. Even countries considered to be in the third world have completed basic international customs and shipping info. It's unacceptable that Modanisa charges so much for shipping in the first place, only to neglect to complete basic procedures that would have saved me a lot of trouble and money.

While their items are beautiful and appear to be high quality, they are from outside clothing companies, not a reflection of Modanisa's own quality. I will never purchase from this company again and hope that my review will save someone else the trouble associated with purchasing from them.

Modanisa Disappointing Experience with Modanisa: Nonexistent Customer Service and Inaccurate Product Descriptions

with these dresses because the hassle of trying to return them is just not worth it. Overall, my experience with Modanisa has been disappointing. While some of the items I received were decent, the customer service is nonexistent and the quality of some of the items is not as advertised. It's a hit or miss with this site, and unfortunately, if something goes wrong with your order, it's best to just give up. My first order was a disaster, with items that were not as described and no response from customer service. My second order was a large, expensive order, and while most of the items were well made and pretty, two of them were not at all as advertised. When I tried to contact customer service, I received no response. I eventually had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back. I continued to give the site a few more tries with small orders, but my last two recent orders were ridiculous. Both times I ordered a pretty pink dress, and both times the dress was not pink as advertised. When I tried to contact customer service, I received no response. Overall, I would not recommend Modanisa. The customer service is nonexistent and the quality of some of the items is not as advertised.

Modanisa Extremely poor and slow customer service

I purchased a modest swimsuit (burkini) from Modanisa as I felt they had the nicest looking designs. It was definitely very pricey but I thought it was worth it as it would last a long time.

The trouble started from day 1.

1. I was charged miscellaneous international duties of $50. However it's stated in their website that they are not responsible for this and it happens. Interestingly never been charged these duties by other international companies. But okay I understand that's made clear on their website.

2. The item I received was not as per the image. In the image, the hijab and pants are same colour, a dark blue and the top sky blue. However, I received one where the hijab matches the top and not the pants. One reason I ordered the specific one was because I liked the darker hijab and lighter top. But it was completely different.

I notified them of this, and each time they requested photos and all the proof, then they'd disappear for months saying the issue has been transferred to another department. I would follow up, and same story, that it takes time.

Months later I get back again sending the same problem, and again they ask for photos. Again, I sent the photos and proof. And disappeared. Months later, they still didn't get back to me. About 6 months passed and all of a sudden I get a call when I'm away that a package would like to be picked up from my home to ship to turkey. I thought why didn't they even notify me that a carrier will be coming. I was literally at the airport when I received this call.

It is very very slow communication and very poor.
I also tried calling them but somehow they did not speak English or understand.

3. I finally wore the swimsuit once. And then I noticed the dress and the hijab turned yellow. I am not sure why but it really changed from blue to an orangey yellow.

Again I contacted them and also attached photos of the swim suit and that it should not have changed colours as it's made for swimming.

So here we want went again, they said the issue has been transferred and they disappeared. Again I follow up, not response. Months and months later, I say I just want my refund back as I put so much money into something of such poor quality and then they notify me this time that they will pick it up.

I sent the package on dec 2, and it's January and still no refund.

Lo and behold, now they are saying it's my responsibility to track the package and until it's received I get no refund. I can see on my end that it was received by them 3 days after it was picked up, but they somehow have not cleared it by their broker. I don't understand.

Conclusion: I shop online often, but this was just another experience. I will stay far far away from them.

Do not order if you are not a thousand percent sure. Their customer service is so slow, it's like they don't care. After giving them a reference number and following up many many times, they still start over.

Modanisa Buyer beware- hidden charges, company not competent with international shipping

SEE UPDATE BELOW (extra charges due on delivery): I waited over one week with no communication from Modanisa until I initiated it. They were polite, but had no idea what was in my order despite the fact that I replied using their ticket order. I placed a very large order ($400 USD) and based on their website, I should have received my items in 3-5 days, well before Eid. I assumed since they were a large and well established online store, they would be professional and efficient, but I wish I had read the reviews. I never would have placed an order with them, much less such a large order had I known there was such a problem with this company. I do not want to backbite in Ramadan. This is the least I can do to protect other potential customers from poor service. I am doubly disappointed that this is a Muslim company, which I always like to support. I will add that their shipping charges are obscene. I have never paid more than $25 for overseas shipping and usually with such a large order, most companies offer free shipping, even internationally. I think the shipping charge alone was over $75, but I was able to use a $100 coupon which took away some of the sting of that very high price. I started to worry about their degree of professionalism and customer service when I did not receive an itemized receipt upon placing my order, a detail that is made worse by the fact that they could not even find my order after the fact. If they are able to resolve this issue in a timely manner, I will post an update that reflects what happened. May Allah forgive me for anything wrong I have said and make Modanisa a better company to serve Muslim women.

UPDATE: received all my items, as ordered, after about 2 weeks which is not bad, but I was slapped with an additional charge of $72 due upon delivery without any advance warning. I checked the receipt included in the package which showed that I already paid $98 shipping at the time of purchase. Quite a shock! I had to fumble to find a checkbook since the delivery service could not accept cash or credit card.

I realized what the problem is with this company. They do not provide a simple customs declaration like EVERY OTHER COMPETENT company that does international shipping. Sometimes it's just a simple sticker saying X number of dresses, scarves, books, whatever. Other times, it is a carefully itemized list provided in the address bag that customs officers can easily access to clear the items. Modanisa did NONE of this very basic procedure, which would have saved me a lot of trouble and money.

As a result, my package was held for 3 extra days in a service facility trying to determine if these goods were legal, legitimate and safe to bring into the US. The service facility would not release the items until the company contacted them with further information and then I*** had to pay the charge for the agency that investigated the items, not Modanisa, even though it was their neglect in declaring the items properly for customs that caused the charge and delay in the first place,

I have purchased from MULTIPLE different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and even Australia. Even countries considered to be in the third world have never been so unprofessional, inefficient and incompetent as to neglect to complete basic international customs and shipping info.

I have literally NEVER been in such a situation where additional charges have been demanded upon delivery, certainly not such high charges.

Modanisa claims on its website to be a top ecommerce company and states specifically that they ship a lot to the US, but their lack of care or experience is evident in the way they conduct business.

It isn't just a European thing either, as I have bought from Germany and UK without ever having to pay extra charges.

I will say that their items are beautiful and appear to be high quality, but they are from outside clothing companies, not a reflection of this seller.

Only after I contacted them a week after no communication, they had to search for my order, which had since been posted, but no notification or tracking number provided to me until after my second message to them.

I will never again purchase from this company. I was at least fortunate to have received my items intact and within two weeks, but all in all, I paid about $170 in shipping charges, half of which were due to the company's neglect. That is unacceptable when they charge so much for shipping in the first place.

Not worth it at all. I hope this review will save someone else the trouble associated with purchasing from this company.

Modanisa Order never arrived

I placed an order with Modanisa on 24th December 2023. The expected date was 3rd of January. Till now I have not received it. My order number is [protected]. I thought it was the cargo company fault which is fedex, but the company answered me quickly saying it is not their fault as they haven't received the order yet. Tried to contact Modanisa several times by the email, totally ignored me. Tried to do it by the live chat. Never helped. Just giving silly answers and nothing is progressing at all. When I had enough, I wrote a comment on their Facebook page and after that I received an email, with one sentence which is we are aware of the situation we waiting for a reply from the freight company. Which also I cannot understand all that carelessness and unprofessional. Why do they need all that time to respond back to me and why they still taking all that time to contact the freight company. I managed to get a reply from the cargo company within a day. Honestly disgusting customer service.

Modanisa Voucher minimum spend changed

I redeemed my modanisa points to get three vouchers worth 35 USD each. The minimum spend on these vouchers was 36 USD. I have screenshots of these vouchers, showing 35usd value, 36usd minimum spend. Upon trying to make the purchase and use the vouchers, it didn't work. After much hassle, I discovered that the minimum spend was changed from 36usd to 75usd. The terms and conditions of the voucher were changed AFTER I spent all my points to redeem them. This is rather unfair. How can the voucher be changed AFTER being issued? I have attached screenshots of all the vouchers that I used my hard earned points to redeem. The ones marked "AFTER" are the ones where the voucher has been changed.

Desired outcome: I would like modanisa to make the three vouchers as they were before, to match the original vouchers that I used my points for.

Modanisa Not received full refund on two returned packages

I am a disabled customer. I made two orders, the first on 31st of July and the second on 3rd of Aug. When the packages arrived, I was not happy with 2 out of 4 items in one parcel, and 5 out of 8 from the second package. I returned the items in two return packages, one with 2 items totalling £8.89, and one with 5 items totalling £18.95. I returned the items in the same condition that they arrived.

On the 15th of August I received, Modanisa informed me of only one package: no101317839. This was the package with 5 return items.

On the package of 5 returned items, I received only one third refund of £6.10.

On the second package of 2 returned items, I received no refund at all!

They justified this saying they deducted postage. When I bought the items in the first package I paid an £11.99 postage fee on top of the price of the items, when there were 8 items. Upon returning they deducted the other two thirds, £12.85 on less items. They did not bother to mention the other return package.

They have left me with neither the items, nor my money. They stole two thirds of one package, and 100% of the other. I contacted them and was met with patronising and unapologetic responses that blamed me, and said their priority was giving “better” service for the “highest quality shopping experience”!

And yet, this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I have returned items to international companies many times, and I have never been this badly treated, and so shamelessly robbed!

They owed me £27.84, but grudgingly returned only £6.10, swallowing £21.74.

This corrupt business practice, that leaves the customer with neither goods nor money, is nothing more than theft. No where in their site do they mention that they would steal my money if I try to return. If I had known this, I would never have used the company. And if I did use them, I certainly would never have bothered returning their items. I will never use this unscrupulous company again. I am a disabled customer, on a low income, living through a cost of living crisis. I can’t afford to throw away over £20.

I hope to tell as many people as I can, to avoid Modanisa, so others don’t lose money to this disreputable company.

Modanisa Terrible Customer Experience

Worst experience i ever had purchasing online. The quality of the material is sooo poor and the size also very inappropriate. Once we buy we have to pay 4 times the order to return it. I bought for 4 items out of 3 are very poor quality and wanted to return for which i have to pay 4 times the actual rate of the product. And to receive the product we need to pay additional shipping charges also. Very unfair. Please do not buy from them. Do not get trapped.

Modanisa Missed delivery date. No communication from modanisa

Hi.

I am extremely disappointed at the customer service my daughter has received from yourselves.

She has had no communication from your customer service section. They are failing to listen or acknowledge her concerns.

She ordered 6 dresses on 6th June 2023. Estimated arrival time was between 12th - 15th June 2023.

Unfortunately her parcel missed arrival date. I had to buy my daughters another outfit for their event.

Since then she has emailed you several times, and nobody seems to be addressing the issue of late arrival. Only to be told she has to pay postage to return. She has contacted yourselves several times only to be ignored and no acknowledgement or reply from yourselves.

I would be throughly grateful if you could look into this as a matter of urgency please.

Modanisa Disappointing Experience with Modanisa: Order Not Delivered, No Response to Emails

I've had the chance to order from Modanisa a few times in the past three years and I must say, they were pretty good. However, my recent experience has left me feeling quite disappointed. I placed an order on the 23rd of April 2018 and was expecting it to be delivered by the 30th of March 2018. It's been quite a while now and I still haven't received my order.

I tried tracking my order and was surprised to see that it said the delivery failed due to a bad address. This was strange because they had delivered to the same address before. They also used to send me text messages to let me know when they would be delivering my order, but this time I didn't receive anything. I was shocked when they claimed that the address was bad.

I decided to email them and they replied saying that they would attempt a second delivery, as if there was a first delivery. I found this quite amusing, to be honest. Since then, I've been waiting for my order to be delivered and I've sent them several emails, but I haven't received any response.

It's been a month now and they've even stopped the tracking option, so I have no idea what's going on with my order or my money. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them anymore. They used to be good, but now they don't ship to the UK, they don't respond to emails, they don't respect their clients and they just take your money. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

Modanisa Deceptive Modanisa: Terrible Products and Customer Service

I totally agree with everyone else who has left a review about Modanisa. This company has put in a lot of effort into their marketing strategies to attract customers to buy their products. However, when you receive the clothes, they are nothing like what you see in the pictures. The clothes are often too small and full of defects. It seems like once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore.

The return process is also a nightmare. Even though I sent them all the information they requested, including pictures, codes, and descriptions, they still asked for more. Now they are asking for pictures with a measuring tape! Why didn't they ask for it the first time? After I had already packed everything back in its package, it's just ridiculous. We don't have time for such nonsense!

For bigger items, they said they might not match the measuring chart. This is a joke! Plus, I had to pay $50 for customs fees! They should return all my money with an apology since their products failed to match the description.

I wonder how they will meet Allah! We should all make sure to spread the word across social media and networks. This is our weapon against such corrupted companies making loads of money through ripping people off! Let's hit them where it hurts, their reputation. I don't want to see the same thing happen to more victims!

In conclusion, I would not recommend Modanisa to anyone. Their products are not worth the money, and their customer service is terrible. It's a shame that they are making so much money by deceiving people.

Modanisa Frustrating Experience with Modanisa's Customer Service: A Review

Modanisa is a website that sells clothing and accessories for Muslim women. I recently had an experience with their customer service that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, I had already been ignored by their customer service team for weeks, so I was not sure what to do. All I wanted was a refund for the parcel that I never received.

To make matters worse, when I quoted the customer reference number that Modanisa had given me, I was told that it was incorrect. I was left wondering if they just make up numbers and keep no record of their customers.

Overall, my experience with Modanisa's customer service was very frustrating. I felt like I was being ignored and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Modanisa Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Modanisa

I was really excited to give Modanisa a try for my modest fashion needs, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The quality of the items I received was seriously lacking, with poor fabric and stitching that was immediately noticeable upon opening the package. I knew going in that the prices were cheap, but I was still disappointed with the overall quality.

What really put me off, though, was the strong smell of cigarette smoke that permeated every single item of clothing. It was really unpleasant and made me want to return everything right away. Unfortunately, the return process was a nightmare. I tried using their Easy Return Center, but kept running into errors and couldn't access my return form or shipping label.

I tried reaching out to customer service on Whatsapp, but all I got were auto-generated responses that didn't help me at all. When I tried calling their customer service number, I was never able to get through to anyone. Now I'm stuck with items I don't want and can't return, and I can't get a refund either.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Modanisa. I won't be shopping with them again and I'll be warning my friends to avoid them as well. It's a shame, because I was really hoping to find a good source for modest fashion, but this just wasn't it.

Modanisa Modanisa Review: Disappointing Experience, Cannot Recommend

to say, but I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I have had multiple experiences with Modanisa, and unfortunately, more than half of the time, I have received something different than what I was expecting. This time, I am extremely frustrated because I purchased four instant hijabs from the brand Roza, but when I opened the package, I found that they were not instant hijabs at all. Instead, they were turbans with two-foot-long straps dangling from the back that needed to be tied around the head. There was no description on the website about this, and no instructions on how to put them together. Most importantly, I do not like turbans, but I ended up with four of them for which I paid approximately $48, plus shipping costs of over $5.

I also ordered a printed rectangular hijab that cost $4.99, which was pretty. However, when I reached out to the support team about the instant hijab issue, they have not responded yet. I also checked their return policy and was disappointed to find that they deduct a fixed amount of over $12 from my purchase price, and then I have to pay for international shipping, which means I will likely end up losing even more money.

Overall, my most recent experience with Modanisa has been a near-total waste of money. In the future, I will be cautious about doing business with them. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Modanisa Mixed Feelings About Modanisa: Great Products, Poor Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Modanisa since 2015 and have placed a total of 11 orders with them. My first order arrived quickly and everything was as described, which made me very happy. However, my second order was missing a pant for a tracking suit and it took me a whopping 3 months to be able to get a pre-paid shipping label and have my money refunded. This was quite frustrating, to say the least.

In 2016, I placed 8 orders with Modanisa and all of them were perfect in terms of sizes, colors, and fabrics. I was very pleased with my purchases. However, in 2017, I had a problem with one order where I needed to exchange 2 items. Unfortunately, this is where the customer service experience went downhill. They told me to return the items on my own, which would have cost me $109 for 2 items worth only $56. This was absolutely crazy! I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but to no avail.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Modanisa. While I have no issues with the colors, fabrics, or sizes of their products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have no flexibility and are unable to take any action to help customers. In the USA, we are used to dealing with companies that are able to make customers happy no matter what, like Amazon. Modanisa could definitely learn a thing or two from them.

That being said, I do appreciate the fact that their website is easy to navigate and they provide detailed item descriptions that include measurements, available colors and sizes, and the type of fabric used. This makes it easy for me to make informed decisions about my purchases. If only their customer service was as good as their website!

Modanisa Disappointing Experience with Modanisa.com: Delayed Delivery, Strange Sizes, and Cheap Quality

I have had the opportunity to order from Modanisa.com twice now, and I must say that my experience has been less than satisfactory. The first time I ordered, my items were delayed by an extra 5 days, making the total delivery time 10 days. To make matters worse, I had to pay customs fees to Aramex in order to receive my items. While the colors of the items were the same as advertised, the sizes and cuts were very strange. I ordered three dresses that were supposed to be my size, but they were about 15cm shorter than what was written on the site. Additionally, the 100% linen trousers and coat that I ordered looked very dull and cheap, despite looking great on the site. I paid $150 for both items, but they were not worth the price.

Despite these issues, I decided to give Modanisa.com another chance a few months later. I saw that they were offering a "buy 2 get 1 free" deal on sheilas, so I decided to order a few. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed again, this time for a total of 12 days. While the colors of the sheilas were the same as advertised, the quality was very cheap. Each sheila cost $35, which is quite expensive considering the low quality.

One thing that I found strange was that the prices in Turkish Lira were much lower than the prices in US dollars. When I asked about this on their Instagram page, I was given a non-logical answer: "our prices are converted as per the place from where you order." I live in Qatar, so does that mean that I have to pay almost four times the actual price?

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Modanisa.com. The quality is cheap, the prices are overpriced, and the delivery is delayed. I would not pay more than $5 for the sheilas that I received, especially considering the standard of quality here in Qatar.

Modanisa Terrible Customer Service and Undelivered Order: My Frustrating Experience with Modanisa

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Modanisa. I placed an order on November 6th, 2019 with the order number [protected] and was supposed to receive it on November 18th, 2019. However, it is now November 29th, 2019 and I still have not received my order.

Since November 18th, I have been calling Modanisa every single day and each time I get a different answer. They gave me a Hermes tracking number, but it does not work. I even contacted Hermes and they said that they have not received any package from Modanisa. I also contacted PTS, the company that Modanisa uses for delivery, and they do not know anything about my order.

I even contacted the import office and they said that they do not hold packages unless there is something suspicious like illegal content or incorrect documentation. Other than that, they can only hold packages for two days. It seems like Modanisa is up to something fishy!

The customer service at Modanisa is terrible. I wanted to cancel my order, but they refused to do it. They said that if I cancel it, I can receive my money back when the package comes back to them. However, the package is stuck in customs, which means that I will not be able to get my money back.

I am not going to let this go. I called my bank to dispute the charge and they will investigate and take my money back from Modanisa. I urge everyone who is in the same situation to call their bank and dispute the charge. I also informed Modanisa about the dispute.

Overall, I am very disappointed with Modanisa. I trusted them to deliver my order on time, but they failed to do so. I do not recommend using their services and I will never order from them again.

Modanisa Mixed Experience with Modanisa: Hits and Misses with Sizing and Customer Service

I've had a mixed experience with Modanisa, having ordered from them a few times now. Some of the clothes I've received have fit me perfectly, while others have been a complete disaster and I've had to return them. It's definitely a bit of a gamble when ordering from them, so be prepared for some hits and misses.

One thing I will say is that their customer service isn't the best. If you're used to UK standards, you might find them a bit lacking. For example, I once ordered three dresses on the basis of a buy two, get one for ?1 offer. I only really wanted one of the dresses, but I ordered another two to take advantage of the deal. When my order arrived, however, there were only two dresses and the one I really wanted was missing.

I emailed Modanisa to ask about this, but I didn't receive a response. So I called them up and was told that the missing dress was faulty when they received it, so they didn't include it in my order. They did apply the discount to the two dresses I did receive, but there was no explanation of this on the invoice and I wasn't given the option to choose a replacement dress.

To make matters worse, one of the dresses I did receive was a terrible fit. I'm a normal size 8, but the upper part of the dress was ridiculously tight and not at all what I would consider "modest". I contacted Modanisa again to see if I could order two more dresses to replace the missing one and the unsuitable one, but I was told that the original offer no longer applied. This was pretty frustrating, considering I only ordered the dresses because of the offer in the first place.

All in all, I'd say that Modanisa is worth a try if you're looking for modest clothing, but be prepared for some issues with sizing and customer service. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you read the fine print carefully and don't expect too much in terms of communication and support.

Modanisa Modanisa Review: Nightmare Experience with Faulty Items and No Refund for Months

My experience with Modanisa was a complete nightmare! I placed an order in March for three items that added up to ?91. When I received the items, one of them was faulty and did not match the visual description. I immediately wanted to return it, but Modanisa informed me that I could only send it back through UPS and that I had to pay for the shipping, which was ?30 alone. I demanded that Modanisa pay for this fee, but they only indirectly paid for it by refunding me for the faulty item before it was even sent back. I was so annoyed by this point that I wanted to return the other two items as well.

In early April, I returned the two items, but it is now June and I still have not received my refund. I spent three months emailing and calling Modanisa a hundred times just to find out what was happening, but all they ever told me was that there were issues with customs, even though they had told me that they had let it through customs. They also kept telling me that they were waiting for it to be delivered, which they told me more than three times. A couple of weeks ago, they even said that I would be refunded within 10 days, but that was just another lie.

I even told them to forget about it because it had become an actual stress, but ironically, I did not even get a response. You have to wait weeks upon weeks before you even get one reply because Modanisa staff are only good at saying "we don't know." I am so disappointed because their stuff is lovely, but loyalty is everything for me, and I will happily let everyone know what crooks they are so that no one else has to go through unnecessary stress and lose money for their mistakes.

Modanisa Refund

I order my item on the 5.12.22. On the 13th delivery driver phoned to say which house to deliver to. He then put phone down and put customer not answering. Spoke to modanisa they said door number was missing so update that. On the 19th I refused package at my door. On the 20th I refused package again as I wanted my refund. On the 11th.01.23 package was received at depo. I am still waiting for my refund. You speak to the advisor they ask for proof you send them proof you get a email back we have closed your case. Or they say your shipment is still in Turkey.

Modanisa Return/refund

I have returned three items from a 6 items order made online, after a month the return is stating that only one item has been refunded.

This is quite upsetting, the package was containing all three items together and I have still the receipt of the package sent plus the confirmation of which items I have returned online.

On a return that is supposed to refund me over 60£, I am being refunded only 26£. This is not right and it never happened to me before with modanisa to have this problem.

I really hoped that the issue was going to be investigated (like customer service said) because it’s not fair for a customer to spend money, not being satisfied then return items paying the delivery and not getting the refund for what has been returned.

Now, 6 months has passed, and I contacted the customer service every month with proofs trying to get answers and a refund, but they give the same answer saying that an investigation will be opened and that it will take up to 60 days.

Then nothing changes and they answer that the case has been closed.

Absolutely upsetting and distressing!

I have ordered 4 products from from Modanisa..its been one month I am waiting for the product.many time I sent email and they were replying like they had contacted the franchise and will reply as soon as possible..repeating the same answer when I am trying to contact.
