I just gotta say, my experience at Soma Intimates' store at the Shoppes at the Promenade in Center Valley left a lot to be desired. Me and my daughter walked in and browsed around for about 10 minutes without anyone coming up to us and asking if we needed help. It was a real struggle finding the dress sizes we needed because they were kept on a hanger higher up. Finally, one of the associates asked if we wanted to start a dressing room, but that was about it for the help we got.

So we had to rummage through the drawers to find bras and went back and forth to the dressing room three times with no help from any of the three store associates. Honestly, it was like they didn't even care that we were there. And when we finally got to the checkout counter, I had to remind the associate to ask for my number so I could get credit for the purchase.

I gotta admit, it was pretty unbelievable how unwelcoming and unhelpful they were. Needless to say, we won't be going back there anytime soon. Soma Intimates might have some nice stuff, but if you're looking for good customer service, this ain't the place for it.

So, I got these two Unbelievable Lift Unlined Perfect Coverage bras from Soma Intimates about 6-12 months apart from each other. Y'all know that these bras cost $60, right? Anyways, let me tell you, I really like these bras a lot. However, I'm not wearing them all the time. I'm just letting them line dry and keeping them safe. But unfortunately, the wire came out of one of my bras. That's when I went back to the store where I purchased it and tried to return it. But you know what happened next? This old lady who worked there said that she couldn't do anything about it because the bra was already a year old. I know, it's ridiculous! She kept saying that bras don't last that long and that I shouldn't expect too much from a bra. It was so irritating, she even chastised me for bringing it in! Can you believe that? The other employees just stood there and listened. I felt like I couldn't even defend myself. It was so embarrassing that I just gave up and walked out of the store, leaving the bra behind. I swore to myself that I'm never going back to Soma again. This experience taught me a lesson - to never let my guard down when it comes to buying bras.

So, typically I prefer to do my shopping on the internet. It's just more convenient. Recently, I decided to give Soma Intimates a shot. I had an issue with a discount code that was improperly being applied, causing me to overpay significantly. I tried reaching out to their support team for assistance and they suggested that I place two separate orders to correct the problem. This means I had to pay double in shipping fees, and then later I have to negotiate for a shipping refund, but only for the second order. If I had placed just one order, I wouldn't have had to pay any shipping at all. It's disappointing to receive such poor customer service from a company that claims to specialize in personalized support. It seems like a simple fix would have been to offer a discount code to make up for the error. Ultimately, I don't think I'll continue shopping with a company that can't easily resolve small problems like this.

I ain't happy with Soma Intimates. I ordered 2 bras online and they weren't the right size, so I shipped 'em back on 7/20/20 for an exchange. But when I called customer service on 8/7/20, they said they ain't got the return in their system yet! What the heck?! Then they said it takes 4-6 weeks just to process the return, and after that they gotta start on the exchange order. That's just plain ridiculous! Other companies are dealing with COVID-19 and store closures just fine, so what's Soma's excuse? I did get an email acknowledging my return, but it don't give me much hope that I'll get the exchanges. It seems like they're in a mess internally.
If they want to keep going, they need to fix their act and keep customers satisfied. I ain't buyin' from them again, that's for sure. Oh, and my order took way too long to get to me in the first place.

I been shopping at Chico stores for quite some time now, started out in their first stores in Ft. Myers Fl. I really love their clothes, I gotta say I spent thousands of bucks there. Recently I decided to try out Soma Intimates, so I went to their store in the Villages. I was carrying a gift card worth a hundred bucks that I got from Chicos, so I asked the store manager Mary Bitting if I could use that gift card in Soma as well. She said that the gift cards were interchangable and I was really happy to hear that. I bought several bras and went back home.
After a few days, I came back to the store to return the bras as they didn't really fit me as well as I thought. MaryBitting was not around that time, but I explained my situation to the assistant manager Christine and she helped me out. She returned the bras and gave me a Soma gift card in return. She also told me twice that I could use that gift card at Chicos as well. So, I decided to try my luck at the Chicos store and went there to buy something. But, the staff there informed me that the Soma gift card was not applicable there. So, I felt like I was lied to twice as I was previously told by both Mary Bitting and Christine that the gift card was interchangable.
I was extremely upset and disappointed by the whole experience. I felt like I was cheated and misinformed about the gift card. I went back to the Soma store in the Villages to talk to Christine again, as she was the one who gave me the gift card. This time, she told me the opposite of what Mary Bitting had told me earlier. She said that the gift cards were not interchangable. If I had known this before, I would have never used my Chicos gift card in Soma. I felt like I had lost a hundred bucks that day and I was really frustrated with the whole situation. I regret going to Soma Intimates and I am never going to shop there again. I also made sure to tell all of my friends about my experience so that they don't have to go through something like this.

I absolutely adore my Soma bras! They are the most supportive and comfortable bras I've ever worn. However, I must say I was quite unhappy with the online shopping experience. Even though I knew my exact size, I had to return an item (a bralette) that I had never purchased before. It was not about the product itself, but the return service that made me hesitant to shop with them online again.

I tried everything from calling customer service to contacting them online, but I just couldn't get a hold of someone who could help me with my return. I found the entire online shopping experience quite frustrating to say the least. Despite my concerns, I was still determined to return the item, but unfortunately the only stores near me in Florida were completely out of the question. The closest one was over an hour's drive away in Broward County, while I live in Miami-Dade County. It was quite shocking to me that in a city as diverse and metropolitan as Miami, Soma didn't have a single storefront.

I'm quite disappointed that I had to lose my online purchase and will not buy from them as often as I had hoped due to the travel and commute. I had to personally go to Broward in order to return the bralette that didn't fit properly. I must say, their customer service is not up to par and I was quite displeased with the lack of communication.

Despite my negative experience with their customer service, I still give their products a 4-star rating. The bras are absolutely amazing and I can't live without them. If only they could improve their online shopping experience and have more stores available, they would be perfect.

So, I visited one of the stores of Soma Intimates a while back. I wasn't sure about the bras that I wanted to purchase, but I got a lady who helped me to choose the right ones. She assured me that if I didn't like them, I could get a refund as it was guaranteed. I was happy with that statement, so I tried to pay for the bras. However, when I went to the cash register, I realized that no one was there. I waited for a while and then asked the lady to help me out as I didn't have much time to waste. After a little while, she agreed to ring me up, but she got scolded in front of me and other customers as she wasn't supposed to touch the register. She tried to explain that I was ready to leave, but it didn't work. I stepped in the conversation and told them to calm down, but the lady still got reprimanded.

Finally, I got the bras that I wanted, and I was told that I could return them if I didn't like them. Unfortunately, after wearing them, I didn't find them fitting right. So, I returned to the store with the brand new bras that I never wore but only tried on, and they were inside the original bag that I purchased them in. I thought that I would get a refund as they had guaranteed it. But it turns out that the size I needed only came in one style that I didn't care for much, so they wouldn't honor the guarantee.

I called the main office and explained what had happened at the store, but they told me that no such salesperson worked at the store I went to, and there was no record of my purchases. I couldn't believe it. I was so frustrated and disappointed. How could this be true? I will never buy anything from Soma Intimates again, and I won't recommend their products to anyone.

I went to Soma Intimates in Victoria Gardens, California around a year and a half ago, and I gotta say, the staff was so helpful with helping me find the right size of bra. They were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with my purchases. The bras I got were so cute, and the material was really soft and good quality. I ended up getting three different bras, and one of them was a tan bra with no padding.

Initially, I had tried on the same type of bra in black lace, but I didn't realize that the top seam was different, so it ended up being slightly different. When I got home, I noticed that one of the cups on the tan bra was noticeably larger and had a curved cut to it. Additionally, some of the seams on the bra began to ravel and crinkle after just a few washes. It was a bit disappointing to see the quality issues, especially since the bras were so comfortable compared to what I was used to from Victoria's Secret.

On top of the quality issues with the bras, I also ordered a pair of small silky pajama pants, and when they arrived, part of the pant leg was not sewn properly into the waistband, which caused a large hole. I still thought they were cute, though, so I just fixed it myself. However, even though I ordered a small, the pants ended up running very large, so they were more like a medium or large.

Now fast forward to today, and my tan bra is completely unwearable because the seam along the cup near the armpit is completely torn away. I'm a bit sad that the quality of these pieces wasn't better because they were so comfortable, and I really liked them overall. I'm now unsure of where to shop for comfortable bras, and I hope this review can help someone from spending good money on something that won't last very long.

Overall, I'm usually willing to spend more money on quality if I know it's going to last, but I feel like a year and a half isn't good enough for these types of pieces. I've had Victoria's Secret bras for many, many years without any damage, so it's a bit concerning that I had these issues with Soma. I'm still on the lookout for a place that has the quality of Victoria's Secret and the comfort of Soma in one bra.

Honestly, I never thought I'd be writing anything negative about Soma Intimates. I've been a loyal customer for over a year, spending hundreds of my hard-earned dollars on their amazing Cool Nights collection. However, my recent experiences with their lack of size consistency and incomplete product descriptions have left me feeling let down.

I've purchased several sleep camis and shorts from Soma and have had to return some due to the size inconsistency. But my biggest complaint is that Soma doesn't always include all of the important details about their items. Take, for instance, the elastic built-in bra or shelf liner that comes with some of their tops. I specifically chose not to purchase tops that come with elastic around the rib cage, as I find it uncomfortable to sleep in. Sadly, the set I ordered came with a shelf liner, even though it wasn't mentioned in the item's description! I returned it immediately.

Last week, I ordered another set and once again found that the cami came with an elastic shelf bra that wasn't mentioned in the item's description. As a result, I gave an honest review (2 stars), indicating that the set was cute, but the missing details made it unusable for me. I requested that Soma please include this information in their item descriptions for customers like myself.

It's worth noting that other items on the site do include this information, so it's not like they are unable to find it. However, shockingly, they declined to post my review! To be clear, my review was about the item and called out some features I didn't care for. But it seems that Soma filters out less-than-glowing reviews, which makes me wonder about the authenticity of their reviews section. Based on my recent experiences, it seems that they only post positive or subtly critical reviews. This is really disappointing.

My confidence in Soma Intimates has been dented, and I'm not confident enough to order the replacement set that I had previously picked out. Be warned - if you're considering buying something from Soma, you can't rely on the integrity of their item reviews. Rather than risk disappointment and return fees, perhaps consider shopping elsewhere.

I recently bought seven bras from Soma Intimates and was unfortunately disappointed by their quality. I had worn one of them over the weekend and found it to be "simply horrible." It was the Enbliss Wireless Bra, which had a two-tiered construction with separate cups from the elastic band. This design caused the bra to "rise up" and provide useless coverage. I paid for the merchandise with a check for $269.48.

The following Monday, I returned all the bras to the Soma Intimates store in Lenexa, Kansas. However, the store informed me that I would not receive a refund for my purchase until 30 days had passed, even though they had already received the returned bras. I was unhappy about this lengthy wait time and called the corporate office line to inquire about the reason behind it.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative who answered the call was not helpful at all. She made condescending remarks about how people shouldn't write checks and how surprised she was that the store even accepted them. When I asked her what she meant, she replied, "Well, have you not ever had a problem like this before?" I responded with a clear "no," and she continued to insist that there was nothing I could do about it, and the money would be debited from my account.

I found this utterly unacceptable, and it is clear they hold people's money hostage while delaying customer refunds. Soma Intimates' refund policy is terrible and not acceptable. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this store. They're definitely rip-off artists of your money and conduct bad business practices. They should conduct refunds electronically to avoid customers having to wait so long to receive their refunds.

In conclusion, I am disappointed with Soma Intimates. I found their merchandise quality to be poor, their refund policy flawed, and their customer service unsatisfactory. I suggest anyone to avoid shopping at this store, for you will be utterly disappointed.

Just had THE WORST customer experience ever thanks to Pyonna . . . over a $5 item. After ordering over $900 in 30 days, 1 pair of panties had the elastic not sewn on for about 3 inches. They would not make it right because it was outside the return window.

I let them know I was not trying to return, it was a manufacturing defect which has no time limit. I was just buying some to have spares.

They refused to credit me. After 15+ years with Soma, I am done.

Bought some bras from Soma Intimates website on Monday, which were pretty pricy ($40). According to their website, my order was ready to be shipped via USPS by Wednesday. But as of now, which is Friday, the USPS tracking info doesn't show any progress yet. It's a little worrying because my wife was looking forward to trying them on.

I did some research about Soma and found out that their bras are manufactured in Sri Lanka, which is the least expensive country to produce. I personally think that it doesn't cost them that much to make these bras. In fact, it might just cost them $2 to make them, giving them a massive 95% profit margin. With that much profit, I don't see why they didn't opt for a better shipping company, like Fedex, for example.

Now, I'm just hoping that the USPS won't fail us and that my wife will finally get her hands on those bras soon. But I gotta say, I'm not too confident about it, given how often USPS experiences hiccups in their deliveries. I just hope that Soma Intimates would take this into consideration in the future, especially for orders that cost a premium like ours.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Soma Intimates. I would rate it a negative star if I could. I was hoping to find a new lingerie shop for my family after our favorite store closed down, but unfortunately, Soma Intimates was not the one.

The customer service was non-existent. I did not feel valued as a customer at all. I think the people who used to work here are no longer around, and I can tell the new employees do not have the same level of dedication and care as their predecessors. It was clear that once I spent my money, the staff did not care about my concerns or needs.

I am not even sure if the person I spoke with was the manager! Whoever it was, upper management needs to remind them of what it means to provide good customer service. I can't believe how unhelpful and uncaring they were. It was very sad and disappointing.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this establishment. There are plenty of other lingerie shops out there that will treat you with respect and kindness, which is something you won't find at Soma Intimates.

Soma Intimates used to be my absolute go-to for undergarments. I would return time and time again to purchase new bras and panties that I knew would last and were expertly crafted. However, in the recent past, I've noticed some changes in their product lineup that have left me feeling more than a little disappointed.

For one thing, they appear to have stopped producing panties that are truly well-made and can withstand the test of time. As someone who prefers to have matching sets of bras and panties, I was particularly frustrated to discover that they no longer carry the Sensuous Lace panties that perfectly complement their Sensuous Lace bras. I have several bras in an array of colors, but I'm quickly running out of matching panties to go with them.

To add insult to injury, the other panties they do offer seem to rip and develop holes with alarming ease. Simple acts like taking them on and off can cause them to fall apart at the seams, leaving me with little more than a pile of threadbare fabric that I can't wear anymore. Frankly, I would caution anyone against spending money on these panties - unless, of course, you're looking for holy underwear!

All in all, I'm saddened to report that Soma Intimates seems to be a shadow of its former self. While they still offer some products that I appreciate, the overall quality of their offerings seems to have taken a nosedive. I hope they return to their previous level of excellence soon.

Like, I didn't even get a chance to change my mind or anything, ya know? I mean, I get that they gotta make sure the money's there and all, but c'mon, couldn't they at least wait til the order was actually processed? Anyway, I let it go and figured it'd all work out okay in the end.

But then, nothing happened. Like, for real, I didn't hear a single word from Soma after that first email. No shipping confirmation, no tracking info, nothin'. So, I tried to reach out to 'em. I sent emails, tried calling their customer service, even went on a live chat. And what was the response? Zip. Zilch. Nada. No one answered me, at all.

Now, this wasn't just a little order, ya know what I mean? I had a pretty good chunk of change tied up in it. And to just be ignored like that? Not cool. So, I had to go and file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. And I gotta say, it's really made me not want to try shopping with Soma again.

It's a shame, really, 'cause I was intrigued by what they had to offer. But if this is what their online ordering system is like, then maybe it really is some kind of scam. I just can't recommend 'em to anyone after the way they treated me.

I had such high hopes for the Soma swimsuit I purchased, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I splurged and spent a substantial amount of money on the swimsuit, with the hope that it would last me a few summers. However, I was in for an unpleasant surprise when I pulled it out of my suitcase on vacation, and the material was peeling away!

The thinning and disintegration of the swimsuit material were alarming to me, especially as I had only worn it a few times and washed it with the utmost care, following the instructions. I did not imagine that such an issue would arise, as I've been a loyal Soma customer for years and have never faced any clothing item quality problems.

When I reached out to customer service and reported this issue, Jennifer's response felt highly unprofessional and rude. She did not seem to care about my complaint at all, which made me feel that Soma did not value customers who reported problems with their clothing.

I'm quite disappointed with my overall experience with Soma, and I don't think I will be purchasing from them again in the future. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a swimsuit that falls apart so quickly and to receive no support or sympathy from the customer service team when reporting it.

I done went and bought me a gift card for Soma Intimates on the big ol' Black Friday sale. They say I'd get me an extra $20 cash card sent to me by email within seven days. Well, it's been 3 whole weeks now and I ain't got no dang email. I done called them customer service folks twices and I keep been put on hold for what feels like forever. And wouldn'tcha know it, they chat function ain't working and ain't been for a while. I even done sent them an email asking for help and it took them three whole days to respond and they just done told me to call or try the chat function. I reckon it's possible that they never done planned on sendin' that $20 cash card at all and now I'm worried that I won't be able to redeem that gift card neither.

I gotta say, I've had a few problems with Soma Intimates and the problem seems to be their customer service. Don't get me wrong, I really like their stuff, but the people handling customer service are not on the same page. I used to work there a couple of years back, and let me tell you, that company's policy regarding returns and refunds was dated and totally lacked consideration for the customers.

It's been a few years, but it seems like their customer service has only gotten worse. Whenever I order something online, it tends to be on "backorder" about 90% of the time (which basically means they have no idea when they'll get more), and getting a refund takes an eternity! Sure, if you have a problem, they'll say "sorry" and ask if there's anything else they can do for you, but that's about it. It's like they don't even make an effort to actually solve a problem.

Honestly, I'd recommend going to their physical stores if you want to avoid the hassle online shopping brings with them. As much as I like Soma Intimates products, their lackadaisical attitude towards customer satisfaction is a major bummer. Your money would be better spent elsewhere, if you ask me.
