taco salad
I had been home recovering from surgery for several weeks. My husband and I decided to drive into Taco Bell on West 6th Street in The Dalles (8.7 miles) for a take home dinner. We got our order and hurried home to eat it.
I was surprised in the small amount of filling in the taco salad (very little beans or meat), but it was the taco shell that was most unacceptable. It was stale, to the point of being rancid! What a disappointment. This is the first time in all the times I've eaten at Taco Bell that this I have received anything less than pleasurable food from Taco Bell. It was the worst taco salad I have ever had and couldn't eat it.
Because it would have required a 17 mile round trip to replace the salad, I just threw it away and made a sandwich. Hopefully this will never happen again.
I don't know if you had new employees or what the problem was, but I thought you should know.

I just recently started working at Taco Bell about 2 months ago I received 3 checks from Taco Bell. At this point I cannot get in touch with anyone from corporate to complain and report the store that I was currently employed at 1258 lakes Blvd, lake park, ga 31636 TACO BELL the General manager REMONE DURDEN AND MANAGERS DEAMBER (DONT KNOW HER LAST NAME) and LATORSIA (DONT KNOW HER LAST NAME) the environment is very hostile managers and crew members are constantly talking about one another the managers are also rude to customers but this is not the reason I'm trying to get in contact with corporate. I'm an ex employee looking for someone to investigate this store the managers are stealing money out of registers mine to be exact I guess being that I was an new employee. What pissed me off about this situation is that I have worked to other fast food restaurants but never have I ever been written up or fired for my draw coming up short also I was never written up for multiple shortages on two incidents of my draw being short I was never prompted to count a draw by managers DEAMBER and LATORSIA at this point those two managers barely let me count draws when I first get to work, I'm directed to jump on someone else register mind you the GM REMONE DURDEN could have investigated this incident by checking the cameras I'm quite positive the cameras would have revealed that his managers are stealing, but unfortunately he did not. Instead! His actions were to write me up with a final warning which pissed me off because I was not a fault when speaking with GM REMONE DURDEN at work I was told "business is business and it's just business when my lead is questioning me". Problem #2 MY HOURS WAS TAMPERED WITH AND I WAS ONLY PAID FOR WORKING 1 WEEK OUT OF 2 WEEKS SO NOW IM CONVINCED THAT MANAGEMENT AT TACO BELL LOCATION LISTED ABOVE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE REST OF MY PAY WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND ALSO WOULD LIKE AN INVESTIGATION TO CLEAR MY NAME OF SHORTAGES AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT THIS HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT.
crunch wrap
I just went to the taco bell in charlottesville va on my lunch break and ordered the #9 crunch wrap meal. I ate the hard taco first and when I started eating the crunch wrap it tasted awful. It tasted like plastic or some sort of cleaning product. I took 2 bites and couldnt eat it. Had to throw it away, I love those and never have I bit into one and had it taste that bad. I dont know what it was but it was awful. Very dissatisfied, and I couldnt go back because I drove back to work before eating it.

I ordered or plain bean and cheese burritos. I received one plain bean and cheese burrito and 3 bean and cheese burritos with red sauce and onions. I also ordered two cinnamon twist and I only received one. I am very disappointed witho I also ordered two cinnamon twist and I only received one. triple layer nachos
The Taco Bell in Wingate, North Carolina has multiple times slacked on the triple layer nachos. This time they gave me the "bottom of the bag" nachos where i just have crumbs. I have also asked everytime I have gone there for no meat beans instead, I check my order each time and 1/4 times I have to return it because my meal still will have meat on it

We went to Taco Bell on Wise Avenue in Dundalk (Baltimore) Maryland 21222. I ordered two hard-shelled tacos. I got a LETTUCE taco. Seriously. The meat barely covered the bottom of the taco and was such a thin layer. There were a few slivers of cheese on the taco. Yes, I could count them there were so few. It was pathetic. I complained to the manager. I had to wait for a while to get a little more cheese. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. PATHETIC.

There is a manager who is using drugs and threatening the lives of other employees while at the establishment. The same manager is also drinking on the job and being inappropriate with his employees and customers when they come into the establishment. The employees use inappropriate language in front of the customers and the food is always messed up when ordered.
drive thru service / 2 beef supreme burritos
Went to drive thru. Ordered 2 beef supreme burritos with no beans. Attendant asked if I wanted extra beef. I said yes. Was charged 50 cents extra for each. Service was SLOW. Got to window. Female attendant had no gloves. Kept rubbing her face and eyes in particular. Made change. Did NOT wear gloves. Assisted man making orders by going to get tomatoes. Disgusting. Touched food and napkins. Handed to me. Very unsanitary.
Would appreciate follow up from management.

I live in magnolia Texas and the Taco Bell we have is horrible! I visited there tonight 11/02/2018 and ordered bean burritos and they told me they were out of beans so I then ordered 2 soft tacos and 4 hard tacos the food was cold, tortillas were hard and the cheese was lumpy and disgusting! Incomplete order received
I went to the Taco Bell in Flowood, MS and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and was charged for those two 2 quesadillas. When I got home, I realized I only got 1 poorly made and cold quesadilla..
This Taco Bell location has always had such poor customer service and always messes up my orders. I feel ripped off and disappointed. I'll avoid this taco bell from now on.
cinnamon crisp in $5.99 chalupa box.
Stopped at Taco Bell on the corner of Windmill & Pecos roads in Henderson, NV. Bought 2 of the special double chalupa boxes with the cinnamon crisps. The cinnamon crisps are inedible. They smell like rancid oil and are so bitter and bad tasting we had to throw them away. I suggest you have them check the expire date on the oil used at that location. I love churros and normally cinnamon crisps but these smell so bad and taste even worse. How disappointing?☹️? plus they charge $1 more then the tv ads.

It's halloween and I did not want to cook tonight, stopped at Taco Bell/KFC to grab dinner - my sons burritos were both wrong (it's honestly like they don't pay attention to what we order bc this particular store they never get his burritos correct) and my husband and I both got $5 boxes with grilled chicken - 1st they had no grilled breasts ready so I settled for a grilled wing & drumstick - both we're super dry like beef jerkey and barely warm, very disappointing dinner... only

On 10.30.2018 I visited the taco bell located in Natchez, Ms (004309). I received the most atrocious customer service of my LIFE. I pull up to the drive thru window to order my normal favorites, (6 items). As I get to the end of my order I hear someone thru the intercom say "WITH HIS FAT [censored]". I was appalled. I could not believe this. Being a large guy I was completely embarrassed and felt discriminated against. I have had battles with depression as well, and to go to one of my favorite establishments and hear this actually made me want to cry. I got to the first window. This girl seemed nice and genuinely concerned about this happening to me. I asked for the manager she ran and got the manager. I told the manager what happened and she said she would address the issue. She didn't offer me anything at all to make me feel better, just proceeded to take my card to satisfy the price of my order. I got to the last window to pick up my food, the girl who took my order nor the girl she was speaking with over the intercom felt it appropriate to apologize for me. This is a total example of discrimination, and hate. I couldn't even enjoy my food. I teared up on the way home and gave the food to my brother. This one of the most horrible experiences of my life at a fast food restaurant. I will never go back to a taco bell if this is how you guys will treat your customers. It is not right to belittle or talk about someone through the intercom!.

The food at 3500 macCorkle Ave in Charleston WV taco Bell was old and dry the taco shell was stail and hard as a brick. We asked no tomatoes or lettuce and both was on the meal. My chicken was just as hard as the taco shell and it's was dark drown and dry. They girl who served us was fried out of her mind on who knows what ! This is called for I paid for my meal so as a PAYING customer I at least deserve a fresh meal that I am able to chew without breaking a tooth or jaw ! I will never go back there and will never give a good review about that store if it is that nasty they need shut down and better staff that knows how to make a fresh meal it's not that hard !

I went to a Taco Bell I normally don't go to, after getting off of work. I pulled up to the window the young man opened the window I said hi he did not respond, told me the amount I owed and then looked down at my security uniform, after handing him the money he walked to the back and a few seconds later returned with another young man and looked at me through the window. The one walked back I guess to make my order it took longer than it should, when I received my order I drove off and stopped down the street to look at the food. The first taco on top looked fine but the other two looked like they spit on them. When I got home I just threw it away. I'm retired from the Travis county sheriffs department, and now work for them as security, if you want more detailed information I would be glad to talk on the phone. Thank you.

Hi I always get the cheese quesadilla when I go to Taco Bell and I was eating my 3rd peice and it tasted like straight up plastic! I never complain but I'm worried! Because I swallowed it and noticed it after I tried to throw it up but I can't. :( let the location know ! The location is 9008 Holly Rd

freezes
I live in Port Hueneme, CA, and I have been experiencing horrid service at the Port Hueneme Taco Bell. I frequently visit Taco Bell, it's close by so it's an easy choice. The past few weeks that I've gone, their freezes are always not working. Although I usually go through the drive through, I decided to go inside. Right away when I ask for a freeze, I'm being told they don't work. This has been a repeated occurrence and frankly I believe the workers don't want to serve the freezes. The girl who works there is constantly sitting off somewhere in the back, and doesn't seem to be working. I don't understand why you advertise having freezes when your workers clearly don't want to serve them. I am deeply upset and would like some sort of action to happen. Thank you.

We used to go to your Hendersonville Road, Skyland/Asheville location 1-2 times a week. Have not been back for about 6 weeks now although we now go to the Hendersonville NC location because we are Taco Bell FANS! We always get the same thing, three of your #3's and a #5. We have also enjoyed your various flavors of Freezes. That is the problem with the Hendersonville Road location. The Freeze machine is never working and we like to get 4 of those with our meals. Most times when we ordered, the cashier had to find out if it was working. Great communication and shift prep there! Just thought you would like to know because that is such a great product and it of course needs to be available. Thanks for listening!
plastic in my burrito
I went to Taco Bell in the city of Beaumont, California on October 27th, 2018. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chalupa box, two double decker tacos, two cheesy bean and rice burritos, a beefy frito burrito, chips and cheese and a large pepsi. When we were able to start enjoying our meals, I noticed that I did not get my beefy frito burrito. Instead we were given three cheesy bean and rice burritos. I was disappointed but took one of the burritos to eat. About three bites in, I felt something a little hard in my mouth. When I pulled it out of my mouth, I realized it was a piece of plastic! My family was very saddened by this, number one because I could have swallowed that plastic, number two, we hadn't eaten all day and we ended up throwing everything we ordered away because we did not trust what could be in the other food. When I went to look for the receipt, there was not one. I am very disappointed in the way your food handlers deal with the food that is going out to your customers. Not only would I like to be compensated for my loss, I would like a little more. Again I could have swallowed that plastic. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

I'm only complaining cause this is at least the 3rd time I have had issues at this location. Previously I have waited at the drive through, FAR after their open time and haven't been helped. Tried to go in, but someone comes to the door go and says they aren't open cause the manager didn't show up. This has happened more than once. Today the same thing happened but I was able to enter. I told the 2 employees that I had been waiting in the drive through for a while. They looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders and said nothing. I continued to order my breakfast, as the one employee continues to take my order and tells me it's his second day. Then goes to make my food while the other one goes to the restroom. He comes back and says he doesn't know what he is doing so is looking for a picture up on the order board so he knows what might go on it, because "no one seems to want to help him"...eventually the lady who was sitting in the dining area on her cellphone got up and helped him while still on her phone.
I'm not one to complain, but it's a regular occurrence that this happens.
