Taco Bell the ink on the black. cups comes off after putting ice and drink in it

The black cups that are at taco bell in Wetumpka. The ink comes off on to your hands .I went and washed my hand every time, I had to take a drink .I couldn't even in joy my lunch with my wife and kids. I Finely .went to the manager on deck and she seen what was going on. she gave us a plastic cup.but I. Upset about that I told the manager that she needs to get rid of them and get different ones because you get that ink on your food from those cups.it like there's no wax on it to keep. that ink coming off. If you want to contact me that would be great.. Taco Bell stay away from these guys

My husband and I went to Taco Bell in Prairie Center, Brighton, CO for dinner tonight and it was very cold inside so we decided to eat out on the patio. While my husband waited for the food I took the drinks and condiments and went to sit down. There was a good size Eye bolt sticking out of the concrete between the door and the table I was walking to but I had my hands full and the bolt was turned sideways from my view making it harder to see. I caught my right foot on it and it threw me forward on my left. It hit hard on the concrete and my left arm caught the chair in front of me. I pulled some muscles in my back and arm and was very shook up.

A young man who works there was at another table and heard the noise and turned to see me trying to get things picked up. came over and offered to help. He proceeded to tell me that he had fallen the week before and had hit his face on the concrete and that they were supposed to come and take the bolts out. (There were actually two of these on the patio. they were for holding down the tables and to try and keep them from being stolen but two sets of table and chairs were missing.) BTW this was also after eight o’clock in the evening and it was dusk.

I went back in to tell my husband and to talk to the manage and she didn’t want to stop making taco long enough to talk to me and then she tried to talk to me from her station while I was on the other side of the counter, It was noisy in the store plus the vent noise and I am hearing impaired! I am also 60 years old.

we finally got our food and we went to eat and asked the young lady on the front to let the manager know we we outside eating, Thirty minutes later we went back inside and she still was trying to reach her district manager. She took my name and number buy refused to give me any corporate phone numbers. They knew they had a dangerous situation and did nothing about it. they could have placed a chair over it to keep their customers safe. While we were eating an employee came out with a mallet and bent the eye bolt over making it less visible and still a hazard. We did take a picture of the bent over bolts.

Taco Bell treated poorly, were fired for no reason

To whom it may concern I joyce Johnson have worked threw taco bell for about a year a couple of location's my experience has been horrible... I had originally came from columbus ohio I worked at the Taco Bell in grandview... My experience there I was sexually harassed by my boss there I reported it to corporate nothing was done I was told to try to go to another store and tell them our store was closing. The corporate manager penny said I didn't have enough proof so I done what she told me too. Later to find out after moving to lexington ky my boss was fired for sexual harassment. I had started working at the taco bell on nicholasville rd I had notice there were alot going on in this store as well. I started working alot of hour's to notice I wasn't get paid for it. I asked my manager to look into it he hollers I'm wrong and he ant looking into it and get the F out of his office.. I told he I had came in other 's shift and he told me prove it. My manager totally treat's his employee like crap and it seems their to afraid to stand up to him. I also know my manager has been under the influence of alcohol. After that had happen I had a couple day's off I had went threw the drive thru my friend that was working there was going to pay for my food until we got paid on that Tuesday. Come to find out he had cashed out on a manager's discount that I had no ideal he did that until I get a phone call from my my manager karl saying I'm fired with no warning no write up no nothing... So I tried to talk to Charles the area manager and his reply was i ant got time for it... Iam asking for your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Total complaint makes no sense what-so-ever. Not only are names(managers) not correct, but time line of events total bogus.

Also, descriptions of Taco Bell chain of command, as well as descriptions of back of house 100% fake.

Taco Bell over pricing of products

On this date, at approximately 5:25:27 PM, I ordered one (1) Taco Salad with chicken (1 Chk Fst Tac Sld, order no. 327207) at the Taco Bell 023853 store located on Highland Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. For this order I was charged $5.99. I questioned the cashier, , Demon T. about the price of an increased amount of $1.00 as compared to all other Taco Bell prices for this same type of order. He informed me that this particular store commonly charges at least $1.00 more than other Taco Bell stores for certain orders, such as the kind of orders mentioned herein.

This kind of price gouging on franchise price increases per Taco Bell stores is unfair to the consumer, as well as probably illegal. I purchased this same order from the Taco Bell store in Sharonville, Ohio and the standard price has always been $4.99. This kind of illegal activity at this store must be stopped immediately.

Taco Bell I can assure you I will never again visit that location again

I was in the Taco Bell on 320 W New Circle Rd, Lexington, KY 40505 at approximately 3:15PM May 3, 2012 where I ordered a XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito for $4.99 a small Mt. Dew and a kids taco meal. I had ordered these years ago and was unaware that there was beans and guacamole in them.

Upon inspecting the sign I noticed the beans in the picture and asked the cashier to please keep the beans off after apologizing for my error. The response was not friendly but efficient. Looking forward to my burrito, I opened it up to add some hot sauce and then noticed the guacamole in it, which I despise. I went to the counter and apologized again to the same cashier and asked for one, without beans or guacamole please.

She went and got the shift leader (who’s name I did not catch)She stated this would be the third one I ordered and I should be aware of the ingredients before ordering, with a very nasty tone. At that point this shift leader (who should be better trained in Customer Service) really made me feel stupid because I did could not clearly see the small ingredients on the pictures.

I then simply requested my money back for the burrito, brought my receipt (as requested by said manager)to which she then handed me a $5.00 bill. At this point I was furious at the indignant attitude I was receiving from this Shift Manager. I requested she refund me the entire amount of my burrito $4.99 + 6% sales tax. She then began arguing with me that would be correct as my total for the meal was $10.58.

I asked her, as politely as possible, to get a calculator and multiply 4.99 by 6% to see the total and she STILL insisted she was right. She finally relented as the Assistant Manager arrived and she handed me a total of $5.25, which is still incorrect but what’s .05 to having be in your restaurant haggling with an inept Shift Leader.

I can assure you I will never again visit that location again and will certainly advise all my friends and co-workers to not visit that location either.

So not only did you keep your child hungry because of your beef with taco bell.(excuse the pun) but when she asked when you were going to feed her you threatened to punch her in the face? I was all sympathetic for you until you mentioned how you took your anger out on a child, your own. There is no excuse for child abuse. You should be ashamed of yourself and don't deserve the title of "father."

Wolda is 100 % right. I can't see how anyone could dispute that. As far as SKOR is concerned she should worry about what happens at the Tavern on 74 in Paechtree city, ga. not any place else. Go to work Kelley and stay out of this.

You could have just picked the beans/guacamole out of the burrito instead.
From my experience, fast food restaurants have to keep track of food inventory vs. sales and make sure they match up. So sending 2 burritos back shows up a shortage against sales at the end of the shift. Not the end of the world, but the manager would question whether employees were eating the food themselves/giving it to their friends without logging it in the staff book, or if there was a problem with the food quality.

The shift leader should have refunded you the correct total amount, as per your bill...but if you were so furious at their indignant attitude, why not return the kids meal as well?

Taco Bell service

When we went into this store we were greeted, but the speed of our order was relly bad. We watched at lease 6 other people come in and order and they received their orders long before we received ours.
After awhile my wife went to the counter to ask about our order and, and watched as it made the girl in the prep area get mad. She was told they are going to make your order now.
We was wanting to eat in the store, but when we received our order it was bagged and made to go. This is not a big deal, but being treated in this fashion was uncalled. We should have received our order in a more timely manner, instead of being made after 6 or more orders were made and served before we received ours.
Customers is what make the business and if one is mistreated or treated in an uncalled manner, it only takes word of mouth and can cause others to think twice about returning to this store or company.
Without notifying the Company of wrong doings or treatment the problems can not be handled and taken care of. Employees do need to understand that without the customers, the business will not survive, and they will end up without a job.

WHEN WE CAME UP TO TEH SPEAKER MY SISTER ORDERED AND THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER AFTER 4 TIMES TELLING HER WHAT WE WANTED STILL HAD THE OUR ORDER INCORRECT. THEN ANOTHER GIRL CAME ON HTE SPEAKER AND RED BACK THE INCORRECT ORDER AGAIN. SO I SAID JUST FORGET IT AND JUST GIVE ME THIS. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO THE WINDOW OUR TOTAL ON THE READER BESIDE THE WINDOW SAID 10.888 SHE TOLD US IT WAS 12. AND SOME CHANGE. SO WE ASK HER TO READ OUR ORDER BACK TO US AGAIN IT WAS INCORRECT. AFTER WE CANGED IT AGAIN SHE GAVE US A NOTHER TOTAL. AFTER WE PAID HER WE ASK FO RTHE RECIEPT . IT SAID A DIFFERET TOTAL THAT WE PAID AND IT STILL HAD THE INCORRECT ON IT. I do construction and today one of our workers went to get lunch for everyone I think 4-5 orders I recieved my drinks but 2 burrito supremes and a chicken and steak gordia or however its called was not with orders I don't now if he left bag or it was not given to him. I just know I paid and did not get my food. I called your manager and he asked if I had reciept I don't was not given bag with food he said they give reciepts with change I don't know. I just know I'm out around 10$ in food he said he would have to check computer to see if I am telling the truth. I would not be calling if I recieved my food so I am pretty ticked off right now I don't like it being insinuated that I am not telling the truth. on friday may.11, 2012 between 5pm and 8pm I went to taco bell on tropicana and ordered 3 regular hard shell tacos, 3 soft tacos with meat and cheese only and one volcano taco.when I got to my home we found that they had given us 3 hard shell tacos instead of the 3 softshells that I had order and that the cashier being new on the placed the order as hardshell tacos.I returned the three hard shell taco and the manager got me the 3 soft tcoas.I returned ate my tacos and went to sleep at about 11pm.at about 3am may.12, 2012 I was awaken by a nausios feeling.when I went to the restroom I found myself suffering with diarea and vomiting.I tried to go back to sleep but kept experiencing these two sensations.at about 6am I was up agian in the restoom vomiting worst than before.I then went back to bed feeling very exausted and told my wife she would need to drive herself to because I could not.most of the I was in and out of the restroom with both symtom.at about 6pm may12, 2012 my body pretty much ejected everything that was left inside me vomiting four more times in a row which was a very exausting and painfal experiance.at about 9pm may12, 2012 my wife took me to sunrise hospital where they gave me iv fluids and ibuprofen for the pain.the doctor told it will take a day or two for this to run its course and leave my body.presently I am back on my feet but still have the nausios feeling that I am hopeful will soon be completely gone.I have eaten at taco bell for many yaer and have not to may11, 2012 had anything go wrong.personally me and my family have always liked taco on ocassions for dinner and sometimes lunch.but now it may be hard to this chioce. sincerely;Robert J. I was at the amityville store 002615 the date 8/19/09 around 10:23 AM THE MANAGER IN SERVICE WAS SO RUDE WITH ME
I ORDER 9 TACOS SOFT & CREAM ON TOP. SO, When i got the order, i recived wrong order and i claim my order right so, them she toll me that was my falt & that order where i tolk about there are expensive so, i tink in my main she tolk my that iwasn, t no money to pay mi order.. i am very disapointed with this matter with tacobell. anoter thinks that i sow taco bell has to much employes harassment from some managers.

Taco Bell wrong order and long wait

I just got done working a 12 hours shift and wanted something quick and filling. I stopped in at the Taco Bell in Portage Indiana and it didn’t appear to be busy. I ordered the $5 box special and my wife ordered a meximelt. The time on our receipt says 6:27 and we got our food at 6:43. The lady behind the counter (who appered to be stoned) must have put the order in wrong because we ended up with a pizza instead of the meximelt and the burrito I got was cold and looked like a pile of s&!$. What is it I paid $15 for again? I have never waited that long for fast food and will never come back to the Portage Taco Bell.

Taco Bell where's the beef?

So I’ll start off by asking, how many times have you said, “Ok, I’ll give it one more try.” This was what I was telling myself as I debated after what to eat after a long 14 hour shift with not many options out there. I had been cheated by taco bell at numerous occasions for the lack-of-meat in…well…just about anything I ordered and vowed never again, only to find myself at 10pm standing in front of the archaic lit sign telling myself it would be a mistake. It was. So I decided to try the XXL Chalupa and a taco to subdue my apetite. I got the items home and I expected the box to be way bigger than the XXL Chalupa, not surprised.

I expected it to be not as big as advertised. It wasn’t. HOWEVER, when the amount of meat in my XXL Chalupa is the same as or less than a regular taco, NOW I have a reason to complain. It’s pitiful and false advertising. They only do this so you pay more and only get a vegetarian pita sandwich instead. What’s the deal, it’s not even 100% ground beef and only enough to pass food standards at that. So don’t be fooled by this campaign to boost the Taco Bell corporate fat cats by advertising something that’s not. I wish I could submit pictures to show proof.

Taco Bell 1 inch x 1 inch blue rubber in burrito

4/22/11 8:12pm. Bought Grilled Stuff Burrito steak. Ate half the burrito without looking in burrito. I looked down & there was a 1inch by 1inch thin piece of blue rubber.. I took it back and the manager said it was the lid they peel of their sour creme. If they don't notice this huge bright blue piece of rubber when making burritos, What else are they missing?

Taco Bell flat out robbery

At 901 E Broadway North Little Rock Ar 72114. Everytime I order regular tacos I will recieve a half a teaspoon of meat and it will be empty one inch on each end, the shells are always cracked all the way down and stale and the lettuce is often wilted and clear. Their food even tastes like it was all the stuff the other stores would have thrown out days before. Everytime I have brought the taco back to them to complain they refuse to do anything about it.

At times it seems like he is useing what should be used to fill one desent taco elsewhere to fill 3 at his store, and I am not exagerating at all. One time I ordered a taco salad with extra meat, willing to pay to get some meat, and I was shocked when he charged me extra and literally put half of what he normally would, and that aint much, which is why I ordered extra in the first place. It was almost like a slap in the face and flat out robbery.

I will get a little bit better deal when Mr Allen isnt there, but when he is I’ve learned to go to the one on McCain instead and get my moneys worth. If you dont believe me? Go there and let him ruin your day. Just because the store is in and economically challenged area doesnt mean he should take advantage of the locals just because he is a different race. Be prepared to order twice as much food than you normally would elsewhere.

Dude, learn to make your own tacos at home. All you need is a package of tortillas, some ground beef, and a packet of spices. Costs less, and will be better food. Taco Bell is crap food. Haven't you figured that out?

Taco Bell worst service, idiots work there, dont know what they're serving stupid rude abusive #s

this is for the stupid taco bell located at hoffner and near leevista on goldenrod in the super wal-mart shopping plaza. The ###s that work at this taco bell have NO clue what they're serving to people. They are ### rude stupid people and idiots too and mean to customers. I ordered two items fresca style which means there is NO cheese or heavy sauce just a pico salsa meat and rice. First off, teh ### at this location...basically trashy stupid people were taking FOREVER serving people and each order was taking 5 minutes. Then, when I got my order---they gave me the WRONG drink order and then the wrong food order. Idiots... there were no apologies at all just ### a**holes... then these low lifes had the NERVE to argue with me about what a fresca style burrito was... my food had cheese and sauce in it---obviously NOT fresca style. I told them i didnt want the heavy sauce and just the salsa ie pico..they kept ARGUING saying...there is NO SALSA and sometimes they put the sauce on there.. i said NO fresco style has NO SAUCE on it EVER...the stupid rude black [censored] wench at the window was just mean and nasty...dumb [censored]... and instead of accepting THEY hade made a mistake the witch wanted to try to argue with me so she could look like she was RIGHT when she wasn't... then she had her skinny dumb lanky male worker come forward to try to tell me a fresca burrito and again HE was wrong too. These buffoons dont even know what they're serving and what the food consists of SCREW up people's orders then ARGUE with them about what it should consist of...someone educate these ###s on what kind of food they are serving b/c they know NOTHING about what they're doing. They are ignorant stupid people who argue with customers abotu things they have no knowledge of. This is a TERRIBLE stupid place and its not always this bad but this time it was... instead of arguign with customers you idiots, learn what you serve get people's orders right and accept responsibility for messing up people's orders...stupid people and ### work here beware...!

Taco Bell bad manager

I had a situation at a Taco Bell in Katy, Tx. A woman was parked in a fire zone in front of the store and I made a comment about it. She heard me and went in and asked for her husband. He turned out to be the manager. I made a comment about calling the home office about him listening to his wife and not a paying customer and he got mad. He started yelling at me, called me ignorant and threatened to call the police. The next day I called Taco Bells office and reported what had happened. I haven't heard back from them.
I work in retail and I've never heard a manager talk to a customer like that. The fact that I haven't heard back them shows me that Taco Bell doesn't care about it's customers.

Okay your husband claimed it was the manager's wife that was parked out there. It is not Tasha's fault your husband chose to lie in his review. Maybe you should reread your husband's review before giving anyone reading advice.

This being said you are lucky it was not my wife you threatened. If it was my wife you threatened with physical harm you would be picking your teeth out the back of your throat. (or rather your husband would). What kind of a man threatens to cause physical harm on a lady

Gravitythesuducer, I may be wrong, but I suspect the husband treats the wife this way as well. Most likely the wife came from a situation where here father abused her mother. Needless to say any "man" who lays a finger on a woman or child needs to have his butt kicked.

Tasha you dummy learn how to read instead of mocking my husband. It was my husband who was parked in the fire zone. It was the manager's wife who made a comment about it. My husband was not even going to order food from Taco Bell. He was just going to use the restroom and leave the store so he parked in the fire zone because he really needed to go bad. When he left the rest room he overheard the manager's wife telling him that he should call the police on him for parking in the fire zone. It was not the manager's wife that was parked there but my husband. Learn how to read Tasha. My husband told her that he was just parked there to use the washroom and if she called the police he would break her fingers before she finished dialing. Then the manager told him to leave or he would call the police. He left, he had no intend of dining there. He was going to be in and out quick after he used the restroom. Learn how to read before commenting.

Taco Bell too slow

I spent 20 minutes in drive thru just to get my order. I know it was a lunch rush but at that time a day they should be ready for a bunch of people. I have never been to a fast food place that was sooooooo slow!

The same thing happened to me at McDonald's a while back. When I finally did get to the pick up window, I told the girl there was a nasty rumor going around about this place. She asked me what it was and I told her "People are saying this is a fast food place." I smiled and drove off. No sense getting angry with the help - it probably isn't their fault.

Taco Bell dispicable customer service!

In Drive Thru ordering what else, Tacos. Young man answers the intercom and takes my order. I ordered 12 Hard Tacos. You know, Hard Shell? Well, in the background I hear a bunch of snickering and laughing (I guess the place is staffed with 12 year olds with a disgusting sense of humor) as he comes back with "Okay 12 tacos. Will that be CRUNCHY or Soft?" REALLY? Yum Brands Foods really needs to stop hiring Beavis and Butthead to work in their places if they want return service or to at least be respectable in the industry! So of course, I respond in the only way I could. "Awe, aren't you cute? Trying to be intellectually challenging while running a cash register at Taco Bell." There is always a bigger fish. Nice job, Taco Bell. Hire some adults who know what class and customer service mean, won't you?

Taco Bell crappy service, charging extra for nothing, rude service

this is about the taco bell located on dean rd and university blvd in orlando. Yes taco bell sucks everyone knows that-- the food is crap as is the stupid service. However, this location for some reason always has just BAD service. Ive been here a few times and had bad experiences, however recently I went to get some chicken burritos. I specified at the window that I wanted a little extra rice in the burrito or just make sure they put enough rice, since at this location there is barely ANY rice...or less than at other locations. When I got my food, there was literally almost NO rice in the burritos...this was lame as i requested for at least an OK amoung of rice. I asked them about that, and then the idiotic manager came... a rude black guy. He said Ok he'd put extra rice, but then proceeded to charge me like 75 cents EXTRA for the extra rice-- aer you serious? a chicken burrito in itself is just 1.38 and you want to charge me like 40 cents extra for each burrito when you already messed up my food AND made me late? he was just rude and stupid about it... if I was a manager believe me I wouldn't be charging extra rice after already messing up someone's order when they REQUESTED rice and their burritos had about NO rice in them. Then when I got my new burritos...they still BARELY had any rice in them? i was like...ok at other locations i dont even have to ASK and i get an ok amount of rice in the burritos---now I had to WAIT and PAY extra and still got no extra rice? this si a joke right? the rude stupid manager idiot didn't care... this place has NO customer service at all and ###s run it--nothign surprising for taco hell but seriously...they dont even know how to put more rice in someone's burrito or food? stupid idiots...

It's impossible to tell exactly what gave you food poisoning unless you only ate one thing. Chicken and fries are cooked and stored one way and a whopper another, it's actually very unlikely that this was food poisoning from BK. If you didn't have any issues with it and had some woman calling all upset that you gave her food poisoning you would probably hang up too.

Taco Bell impossible to get extra cheese

I have concluded that it is impossible to get extra cheese at Taco Bell. I used to say "extra cheese" and that never worked. I then started saying "double extra cheese". Still didn't work. Eventually... "triple extra cheese", and I would reiterate at the window that I want "extra extra extra" cheese. No dice. For awhile, I tried saying "extra taco cheese on the side" so that they would have to at least give me something, though this would completely confuse the employee. "Uh...what? Nacho cheese?" What am I supposed to do, explain to them that they aren't bright enough to fill an order that instructs them to add "extra extra extra cheese", so that I I instead ask them to give me the cheese on the side so that I can add it myself?

I give up.

Taco Bell toe nail found in bean/cheese burrito

Do Not eat at Taco Bell particuarly in Hemet Ca. We purchased a few Bean/Cheese burritos and found a large human toe nail clipping inside our Burrito! Talk about disgusting we were totally without words when we nearly swallowed this while taking a bite out of the burrito. Taco Bell's attitude was less than concerned and made us feel like we had done something wrong by reporting this. We will be reporting this to various news agencies and health departments as well as putting videos out there we took of the product and toe nail inside

I live in Shreveport, Louisiana, and just this morning I had this happen to me. It was in a plain bean burrito, no onions and no cheese. I, too, took photos and returned it to the manager, and she offered me a full refund. I am absolutely horrified and disgusted! I can't believe this has happened to someone else! I have always been a fan of taco bell's satisfying food and low prices, but no more will I ever eat there again!

Taco Bell foreign object in food

I took my boy's out on said evening to a hockey game and prior to the game we went to taco bell for a snack. While eating, I injested a piece of plastic that was in my food. After almost choking on the plastic I was able to spit it out, my boy's were witness to this and needless to say they were extreemly upset. After a couple of days I met with mike, a rep from twincorp, who represented taco bell. We discussed what had happened and said he would pass on all the information to his boss. Paul mace called me a couple of days later and confirmed that the plastic was indeed a corner of their jalapeno pepper bag. I took pictures of the object and gave it to twincorp in good faith that they would take this matter seriously. To my surprise, they didn't. After speaking with paul mace about what they were going to do about this terrible incident, he replied by saying that he would offer $250.00 if I would provide proof that my son suffered serious enough to undergo professional help to deal with this matter. I guess the fact that I almost choked to death in their restaurant isn't that important to them, not only that, when we were discussing this matter he seemed to get upset with me because I told him that his offer was not what I expected. His words were, take it or leave it, your choice. I guess big business is not really concerned with people choking in their establishments due to foriegn objects in their food, my mistake I guess, I should of eaten at home.

Taco Bell stale food

My husband and I went to the taco bell near the Hampton Beach.. I ordered the Mexican Pizza (T4 in their menu list). It was stale, smelled terrible. Since, we were in a hurry and we took the order as a to go, we could not go back. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy for few hours after eating just one piece of that pizza... HORRIBLE.. god knows how old they keep the tortillas.. I have promised myself - never ever to go to a taco bell again!

I stopped eating at Taco Hell several years ago. I only had one bite of an order of nachos...did not taste good. Was very ill within just a few hours. Have not set foot in a Taco Hell since then and never will again, wouldn't even order a drink from that hole. How can they sell a taco for dirt and claim it is real beef...sorry, that is real crap Taco Hell. Do not understand how they can possibly stay in business. Boycott that place, shut 'em down for good...burn the bell.
