Switched from Verizon. Offered a new customer promotion of Galaxy26U no charge...My plan was changed, and I am being charged for the complimentary device which was explicitly provided at no cost. Each month they attempt a new fix by changing promotion, changing plan...etc. My bill is different each month- up to double what I signed on for. Each time I try to resolve it, it just gets more complicated. I only want what T Mobile and I agreed upon. the auto pay just keeps sucking out extra dollars...
