My phone number is [protected]. I have been on the phone for more than 3 hours. I have not been able to get a resolution to my phone not charging correctly.
On June 30, 2026 I went to the T-Mobile store
3572 Highway 114, Ste 500, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Telephone # (817) 380-5367. I told the gentleman that I was having trouble with my phone, not charging correctly. He took my information, verified the account (my wife as the account holder). He stated that I would receive a replacement the next day.
On July 2nd my wife contacted T-mobile and found that there no order. So, I wasted time, money and gas going to YOUR store for nothing.
My wife suggested that I contact you today. Today I called and spoke to an operator. I gave her all of the information requested. She said that I was not the account holder and tried to call my wife. She put me on hold. After 5 minutes or so, another random operator came on the line. She had no record of my previous call. I gave her all of the information requested (again). She put me on hold again. After several more minutes of explaining the information, she tried to call my wife (at work, busy).
She transferred me to a supervisor who was absolutely No help. After explaining the situation for the fourth time she hung up on me.
So, I called the store 8173805367. They put me on hold and transferred me to 611. An operator finally came on the line an explained that she was not with T-Mobile. She put me on hold and I waited for 48 minutes until somebody answered. I explained the situation to them and she refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I told her that I have t go to work. Then I hung up.
So, please help me get my phone fixed or replaced.
Thank you.
Desired outcome: Please fix or replace my phone and reimburse me for all of my time and money and trouble.
