T-Mobile is not a good company and I wouldn't recommend them. This is my second time trying to use their internet service and I've canceled twice. After my first cancelation, they owed me a credit, and they gave me a credit reference # for me to reference and I was told to expect a refund in the mail. After 2 weeks I called to get an update, and it was later confirmed to be inaccurate & I didn't receive my refund. So, I decided to cancel for a second time, and they refused to allow me to return the equipment until after the billing cycle. I've talked to multiple people to express my concerns because I haven't even taken the equipment out of the box from when it was delivered, and they still refuse to cancel my service until after the billing cycle and has refused to send me a return label until the cycle ends. Therefore, I will be paying $80 for something that I never used.
